Im blown Away!. This is one of the most amazing, natural albums i've ever heard. its powerful and meaningful yet soothing! Blown away just blows me away, i cant even stop listening to it, ITS ON REPEAT! Buy this album, if you regret it, you have a blunt taste in music!

Another great release. Love this girl's voice, always have. This new album reminds me of all the reasons her previous releases are never far from rotation, and yet again I'm so overwhelmed by her beautiful ability to tell stories through her music. A little darker, a little more rock flavour, definitely maturing, but still that pure, strong, stunning voice that left me speechless when she sang "I Can't Make You Love Me" at her Idol audition. Despite the fact that it's a fantastic track, I have to admit to being a little confused by the full minute of instrumental at the end of "Two Black Cadillacs", though... kind of feels like the sort of break you get at a live performance when the artist goes off for a costume change! And whilst it pains me to be critical of my Carrie, the faux Calypso styling of "One Way Ticket" has me suffering secondary embarrassment to the point where it's been edited from the playlist. Someone gave her some bad advice there... All in all, I'm a bigger fan with every new song - aching for her to tour Australia, that's for sure!
