Surprise !. C'est une bonne chanson avec un bon clip mais je m'attendait vraiment pas à ce genre de gros rock dur de la part d'Alter Bridge. Je retrouverais plus cette chanson sur un cd de Tremonti. Elle est bonne mais à mon avis trop hardrock pour ce band. J'ai vraiment hâte de découvtrir le reste de l'album, je le répète ce n'est pas une mauvaise chanson, loin de là, Myles donne tout ce qu'il a de même que Mark et les deux autre compères, disons qu'elle m'a un peu surpris !!

Excellent!. The production is top notch! Every instrument gets its' own space to breathe. The guitar tracking is really groovy. The guitar is similar to The Last Hero but the riffs are catchier. Myles Kennedy's voice is an opera! Brian Marshall's bass is huge! Scott Phillips drums are booming. The songs Godspeed and Take the Crown are incredible.

Brilliant. Alter Bridge have done it again! I love every song on the Album. One of the few bands who can write an entire album with no fillers whatsoever. Godspeed, Native Son, Forever Falling, and Dying Light show a level of writing few bands can achieve. 5 stars all the way!

Wouldn’t You Rather. First single they dropped “Wouldn’t You Rather” is definitely something new and different from what they’ve done before, but it’s very good. It’s heavy, hard hitting, and melodic. The lyrics are good, as always and Mark Tremonti on guitar always blows me away. I can’t wait to hear the rest of the album, especially when Mark returns to vocals for the first time since ABIII. Fantastic voice, partners well with Myles Kennedy. Last but not least, the artwork. Honestly... the album artwork is just breathtaking. I really love all of AB’s album art. All in all, it’s shaping up to be a great album and I’m excited for the rest of it to drop!

THE BOYS ARE FINALLY BACK!. Can’t wait for this new album, Alter Bridge have always brought the goods and by the sounds of the first single, they don’t look like disappointing on “Walk the Sky”.

It is amazing. Welcome back to the early days of Alter Bridge.... Powerful ballads, heavy guitars, crashing drums.... Tremonti has brought everything he's learnt from his side project and they have made an amazing album.

Alterbridge rocks. My favourite album from alterbridge yet! Can’t stop playing it.

Lost way. There is not one single song that I wanted to skip back and listen to again. It’s like they have gone in some different direction. However every great band releases that one awful album, so hopefully this is theirs.

Amazing first track. Been a fan since One Day Remains, there is not any body of work the guys have done since that i can say hasnt blown me away. This track is a great start for this album i cant wait to hear the rest of it. It’s going to be awesome seeing you all on tour again 🤘

Long time fan disappointed. Unfortunately I can’t recommend this album. If your getting into Alter Bridge for the first time then consider Blackbird or Fortress as an entry point. This is unfortunately quite bland for my favourite current band. There are good moments but almost all the chorus sections let you down rather than lift the song up or heighten your emotions. In\gnome this album and go to the back catalogue.

Another phenomenal album!. Yep they’ve done it again! Another brilliant album. Where it will rank with the other albums is too early to say, I suspect Fortress may stay my No.1. But this album is amazing, it’s everything I love about Alter Bridge but with an added freshness! Wouldn’t You Rather, Godspeed, Native Son, Pay No Mind and Walk The Sky are my standouts at the moment!

Brilliant album. There isn’t a bad song on this album. The quality is consistent. Walk The Sky is still topped by the phenomenal Fortress album, but it probably ranked 2nd or 3rd in their discography. The only downside to this record is a relative lack of solos. There are 6 songs on the album without one, which is a surprise. The other 7 (excluding One Life), have some really good solos although some of them are quite short. Highlights of the album so far are Godspeed, Forever Falling, Walking On The Sky and Dying Light.

Beautiful album by an awesome band. I hope more and more people discover Alter Bridge. Words can’t express what this band has done and continues to do for me (and all of its fans), it’s so easy to resonate with every song of theirs and their music is just beautiful. Do yourself a favour people, support this talented band!

ALTER BRIDGE WALK THE SKY. I JUST BOUGHT IT ON ITUNES FOR £8.99 AS ITS CHEAPER TO BUY BUT THERE IS A FAULT WITH ONE LIFE AND CLEAR HORIZON WONT PLAY WHICH IS VERY ANNOYING.

Absolutely amazing!!. First off ignore any review that is pre the release date as they won’t have heard the whole album. This needs taking in from start to finish. An absolute Masterpiece. Godspeed pulls at your heart especially if you have lost someone dear to you. Forever Falling shows how much Mark Tremonti has improved his vocals and the harmonies with Myles....wow!! Indoctrination has the most badass bass line. Brian Marshall definitely brought the thunder. There is not a bad song on the album and for me it’s the flip side of ABIII. Head bangingly awesome to listen to and also hits you on the heart. AB at their best and can’t wait to hear some these tracks live when they are in the UK in December.

Outstanding. The band keeps delivering, evolving and putting out fresh material. A great album!

Same Old Same Old. Personally, it just feels as the recent Alterbridge releases blend into one and sound the same. Maybe I’ve just lost my musical taste though 🤷🏼‍♂️

Mediocre at best.. Nowhere near their best stuff. The other albums put this to shame. In fact this album sounds diabolical. I won’t be purchasing this.

A change in direction sure but.... A change for the better! Every song feels fresh and unique. We've got everything from hard rock, to acoustic, to Mark's blasting vocals. And the final song Dying Light.... my word.

Its Good. Having read reviews, i was in two minds about getting it. Im really glad i did. The intensity of their normal compositions is still there, the harmonies are tight, the playing is top notch, and the songs are Alter Bridge songs. I thought there is enough balance on the Album to make it strong throughout. If anything its a little less heavy, but thats not saying much as the power is still there. Its not AOR,and it certainly aint soft rock. I have all their albums and this will get played just as often as the others. Not sure what people are really complaining about, i remember when led Zeppelin 111 and Come taste the band (Purple) were criticised...i liled them, and i like this.

Awesome. They are back with a fantastic sound Wouldn’t You Rather is epic!

Quite simply a very poor effort. I’m a huge Alter Bridge fan. Met the band on more than one occasion and many of their tunes feature in my most played playlists. I can’t figure out what has changed since fortress but the music is extremely poor from a band of this pedigree recently. This album is like a frozen pizza with too many toppings. Bland with too much going on and it just doesn’t work. Indoctrination I feel is the best track as it’s simple but I still wouldn’t say it’s a great song. There’s no soul in Alter Bridges music on the last 2 albums. I know the guys are busy but this feels like Mark trawled through his phone picked out a few riffs and sent them to Myles who added a few vocals and the songs were pieced together and layered up too much like a puzzle instead of ideas being felt out as a band where the soul of the band can shine through. I’m a die hard Alter Bridge fan but guys if the next album is like this do me a favour and don’t bother. You will only serve to desecrate your reputation and legacy.

Awesome Stuff. Better than the last hero, Alter Bridge have delivered 100 percent. Not sure why reviews are allowed to be left before the album was even released, some people leaving one star on the basis of hearing the first single..... odd! Anyway highly recommend this CD!

Brilliant. This is up there with fortress, forever falling , clear horizon , native son,dying light and wouldn’t you rather are my favourites, didn’t like last album the last hero , this and fortress are awesome, would love to see them live
