Average on its best day. - C-/D+. Anyone who claims this album is anywhere close to the music Springsteen put out prior to Born in the USA is kidding themselves. Just like all of his more recent albums (except the Live & Greatest Hits) - a few okay songs and a bunch of stuff you don't want to hear twice.

Music is now his hobby. I like the cover of the Havelina's 'High Hope's' but there isn't much else here to interest me. I own every song the man has released and he's starting to lose me. Great writer in his day. Great performer to this day. It's hard to write and connect with the common man when it's been almost forty years since he's been one. Life is different for him now...and that is most certainly reflected in his music.

Amazing!!!!!. Wrecking Ball is still my favorite but this has some really good songs! Not as much energy but a quieter brilliance.

The Perfect Album 10/10. Just when you thought the best of Bruce Springsteen’s work was behind him, he brings out High Hopes. This is one of those albums that you will be putting on repeat and listening for years to come. This is a classic album and in my opinion as good as it gets.

The Boss Has Still Got It. Well worth the wait. High Hopes is Springsteen at his rock god best. The cover of 'Just Like Fire Would' is brilliant and the reprise of the 'Ghost of Tom Joad' made me fall in love the song all over again. Turn it up loud enough and it's like having a rock concert in your car.

There's a reason why he's the Boss. Even after 50 years Bruce is still releasing great material. Cannot wait to hear some of these songs next month in Australia! Hoping that he does "The Wall".

You gotta get this, its amazing. Fantastic songs with brilliant lyrics and an amazing band/sound.
