b.b.j.'s reviews: Revelation. pretty good. If you like calmer music this albrm is a 5 star if you dont it's a 2. since Billy bob joe is a two sided rating system it has a 3 star rating.

Some Of You Should Not Review Albums. As a long-time Third Day fan, this is easily their best work. Those who complain that the words Jesus, God or Christ are not in any of the songs have missed the point ENTIRELY. I didn't know bands now have to spoon-feed their message to their listeners. God is present in each of these songs through and through. Take the lyrics of "Born Again," for example: "I was lost when You found me there/I was broken beyond repair/Then You came along/And You sang a song over me." Who else is Mac singing about?? If you can't find Him in this album, you're doing it wrong. To clear up a few things: The female singer in "Born Again" is Lacey Moseley, not Lacey Whatever-that-one-review-said-her-last-name-was, but she is the frontwoman for Flyleaf. The background vocals on "Slow Down" is Chris Daughtry. The cover art was inspired by Salvation Mountain, a large art installation by Leonard Knight located in Niland, CA. It was NOT ripped off from another band, as someone else wrongly assumed. I suggest some of you do your research before badmouthing an album you probably didn't even listen to. "Revelation" is a great album with not a bad song on it. Many of these songs can be enjoyed on a secular level as well as religious. It's a must-have for any fan of the Christian Rock genre.

To all people that say this isn't Christian. Here's the thing, when you listen to third day you have it in your mind it's a Christian band with good morals. It doesn't have to say christ's name in it, if you are listening to this you should know what it's about, common sense people. But now I see the point if a non believer listened to this , they would be confused on what it is about. THATS WHERE WE COME IN ! We tell them the true meaning of it, them we are also witnessing. Great album no matter what anyone says
