Amazing EP. I've been listening to Joey for a few years now and he keeps getting better and better. 5 for 5 on this EP and more great things are sure to come. I highly recommend purchasing this album and hopping on the bandwagon before while there are still a few seats open.

Joey Ryan has a unique voice that lends character to the beautifully written lyrics that are based on discovery and that which is most important about life. Joey is an adventurer with a loyal heart. His lyrics are driven by a desire to explore new territory, but his adventures always lead him back to that which is true. The songs on this ep are a tapestry of beautifully woven words which are delicately placed among complimentary musical compositions. This ep is a must have addition to any music lover's collection. Having known Joey for quite some time, I can genuinely say that he has really developed into a pioneer in the music world.

A Breath of Fresh Air. I bought this album on a whim not really knowing what to expect and I must say I could not have been any more impressed. In an era where music is consistantly being criticized for its lack of substance, Joey Ryan's 'Kenter Canyon' is a breath of fresh air. This is the first time in recent memory that I've felt truly enriched by an album. Joey's unique sound and unfeigning lyrics make for a stunning musical experience. Between the impassioned "Walls Come Down", the beautifully tranquil "Tipperary" and the playfully honest "Permanent" this album has it all.

Best album yet. Amazing.. I have listened to this album everyday for the last month. I had to visit Joey's MySpace all the time, but it's so good. I crave it. After he did a song like California, I wasn't sure he could come up with a catchier number, but this album boasts his growth and abilities. I highly highly recommend this EP. I wish there were more songs, but I'm willing to wait :) Perfect album Joey!
