Oh the epikness!!. I've been getting into Soundtracks more and more for some time now, and I've been impressed by several; the Dark Knight OST was one of my favorites, and only recently did I think about looking further back into the movie's history. I found this soundtrack! The Dark Knight's OST was very impressive, but... it didn't feel complete. Don't know. It was quite repetitive, I thought. Still a good buy, though. Enough of TDK OST, this one is amazing. I like it a lot more, partly because it is the original. The instrumentation throughout I find more impressive, moving (not pacing like TDK), and clean. The parts shine more than they do in other soundtracks and return the feeling of the movie, and in their own not-affiliated-with-the-movie way. The names of the tracks are interesting too. Definitely a good buy for awesomeness, moving feeling (not the emotional way, though), and variety.

I Highly Recommend This Album. Batman is my favorite superhero, and for Hans Zimmer along with James Newton Howard to do such a great job on this album, it is highly recommended by myself. "Molossus" really gets into the mood of Batman and that is why it is my favorite track. I was a fan of Zimmer's "The Kraken" from "Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest", and for him to come back and do "Batman Begins" is wonderful. I hope they keep up the good work.
