Awesomeness in CD form.. Blue is by far one of the best CDs in my rather large collection. A few years ago I would've told you this was their weakest album, however. How wrong I would have been. Every note played is sincere, every lyric sung is meaningful, and every track here knocks it out of the park. The best songs are An Ode To Maybe (their best song ever) and The Red Summer Sun, but I didn't get into those songs until after many listens. I advise newcomers to get Anything, Wounded, Never Let You Go, and Deep Inside Of You, which are more immediate. This song is about half-immediate, half-grower. And it is perfect; I wouldn't have it any other way. Every fan of music should give this CD a look.

Awesome!. I have had this album since august of 2000. My mother got it for me on the day I left for college and it has been with me ever since. Stangely enough, my father died three weeks into my first semester and much of this album seems to have been the running soundtrack to "me". Screw all of the preconcieved labels or attachments because of where they are from or who chooses to identify their "cultural" attachment to the band. Its excellent, through and through.

Best Album from a highly underrated and underappreciated band. Wounded is simply one of the best pop songs ever written. Show some love.

Ahhh the memories. Stagger Inn, Misawa Japan. This album and its videos in 2000. This pub in northern Japan only played this album for about 6 months from the time it came out. At that time I was a 22 year old 3rd Class Petty Officer living the dream. Very good memories.
