Unforgettable. I was exposed to McLachlan's music at a young age, and I remain thankful to this day for her influence. I was given a copy of Mirrorball as a gift at age four, after falling in love with "Building A Mystery" - till this day it is still my favorite song. There isn't a low point on this album; Sarah delivers time and time again. Her breathy vocals, curious lyrics, and powerful melodies make her a musical monarch, and her music a spiritual experience.

This album is better than ice cream!. Here's what you do- recline your seat, turn your phone off for an hour, and revel in this lush soundscape Sarah created. I bought Mirrorball in 1999 and the songs still make me smile and put me at ease. This one is a keeper. Well done!

Converted. Someone mentioned that this album is incredible from a production standpoint. I couldn't agree more. Listen to the clarity and detail of each piece of the band. Acoustic instruments, electric/electronic instruments, and fantastic voices blend perfectly; and the arrangements of the songs are very well done and well performed. I'd say the two best live albums I know of are Mirrorball and Exit Stage Left by Rush. Hmmm... maybe I'm part Canadian.
