Deceptively Yours (DJ Strobe 7 Below Zero Remix) by The Peter Malick Group featuring Norah Jones Song Lyrics
I couldn't make a change
I might have known you had found
Another love
I sat at home all night
Bask in the lonely pale
Of my bedstand light
But through a tear in a curtain
In a cheap motel
I saw with jealous eyes
You made the call to lie
Deceptively yours
I saw a black cloud
I didn't hear a sound
Only the shell on the ground

Junk! Don't buy. Worst ever! Wanted Nora jones and got CRAP!! First 6 are perfect Nora, the rest is junk. I would return if I could.
I like where this takes me. I hear a subtle blending of contemporary blues with trad jazz. It's not totally mind blowing or even necessarily untried, but it's distinctly Norah. I appreciate that, & I appreciate that she always challenges me as a listener, as a poet, keeping me on my toes. Thank you!
Don't Buy This!. Malick is trying to make money off of releasing these early Norah Jones recordings without Ms. Jones.
Great album, but leave the remixes.... JECamp is right on, the remixes are overproduced and redundant (to say the least) and are not worth the additional $9. But the first 6 tracks are great!
great buy!. i came across this a while back and i have to say this is one of the albums i have on constant replay. keep up good work on making good music.
