Fantastic!. I will be listening to this for years to come!
Good but. Red nose reindeer is jingle bell jazz
Voice of an angel. This album is classic and will last for years to come. Katharine’s voice is angelic on the softer ballad songs just like how a Christmas song has to be. She sounds fun and lively on Jingle Bell Rock. There is something to be said about a singer being herself and each one should not be compared to others who has a different style of singing. Congratulations Katharine and David.
New and wonderful album. Fabulous!!! Thank you!!
Lazy and Uninspired. These are all of the same Christmas songs that you’ll find on literally any other generic Christmas album - not one original song. Foster uses virtually the exact same arrangement for “Grown-Up Christmas List” that he used on his 1993 Christmas Album featuring Natalie Cole — and McPhee’s voice doesn’t remotely compare to Cole’s voice, nor does it even compare to Kelly Clarkson’s version of this song. I’m assuming Foster included this song on the album to earn some extra $$ because he wrote it. The remainder of the songs, and this album, will quickly float into oblivion — like McPhee’s initial foray into the Christmas genre.
