Awful. Every song sounds the same, not to mention Tyler has turned the band into The Tyler Carter band. They should’ve never got rid of Michael plain and simple. Done with them for good.

Great Album. Was a little skeptical at first because of the loss of Michael on screams, but man is this a phenomenal album!!

A beautiful album. Wow. It’s not often you listen to a record where every song is great. This is one of very few exceptions. Every track on this album has something to offer. Issues went through quite a bit to make this record and it has well and truly paid off. ‘Your Sake’ is a personal highlight for me. 5 stars.

A Different Issues. I’ve been a diehard for Issues ever since the beginning, they’ve had a huge impact on me and my life. Unfortunately I knew an album like this was going to happen eventually, and with the departure of Michael the nail is now pretty deep in the coffin. Don’t get me wrong, there’s probably 2 good songs for fans of the original Issues; while the rest are well produced and composed they’re no longer the same group. Whether that’s from Tyler’s personal career goals overshadowing the band and it’s progression or just from the fact none of the members are interested in making heavier music anymore. If the latter is the case, the Issues name should’ve been placed to rest. Unfortunately this change just doesn’t hold up with their previous work (where I feel like they’d found their zone and their own unique sound) and it’s sad to see this happen on only the third album in for the band. I’ll always hold a special place in my heart for Issues, I still even consider them to be my favourite band; but if you’re a fan of their older work this album is sadly a miss.
