I lOVE this album!. My favorite single is Faryad! Great group - a fantastic blend of traditional and the modern, I can listen to their music all day. I prefer the songs that are strictly in farsi tho, since I can appreciate the lyrics - I lived in Iran for ten years and this kind of music was not allowed - but I was able to get my hands on tapes in the 'black market', lol. I would recommend this album for those who know and love Persian music.

Kamyar is not meant to be a Persian singer. Although Kamyar, the lead singer of the Blackcats, is a great singer, Persian music is just NOT his style. I also think he is a bit concieted about his singing (listen to "Los Angeles"). He tries way too hard (listen to the very end of "Jooneh Khodet"). Also, this album doesn't have many good songs. The only ones I like are Jooneh Khodet and Faryad. I really expected more out of this album.
