Sounds like 80's PoP. Withe the exception of about 3 songs this album does not sound like it belongs in this decade. I'm very disappointed and wish I could get my money back.

Good but not great. Although I do like this album, I miss the days of WTCSWRTS and Viva. You Belong To Me and Fool Like Me are the stars of the album.

So different.... It definitely took me a bit to get used to, but I am definitely okay with Cobra's new sound. It seemed a little bit uncomfortable.. like the music didn't fit. However, in the end, the music is something I'd put on my iPod and listen to regularly.

I love it.. The others that decided to say how horrible this album is are obviously not true Cobra fans, just haters that want to hear the same thing over and over again. The purpose of a band is to learn more about yourself and reach out to all of the groups of people, not just replay the same sound on all albums. If a band doesn't transform, it won't last. Cobra will last because they change each album. Keep doing what you're doing, regardless of what the so called Cobra "fans" have to say about it.

Hate it. This band used to be good. Now they have a large amount of autotune in their way. Yes for Rock music No for Pop music

"alternative?" really?. i can't believe this is the same band that wrote "while the city sleeps, we rule the streets" and "viva la cobra." they sound totally different now and i think this album is mislabeled as "alternative." it's not necessarily a bad thing, i mean they are musicians so they are allowed to explore different sounds and whatnot. but i just miss those viva la cobra days. :/

One hit wonder. Boo!!! Terrible!!! Generic pop music with a rubbish band name. One of the worst bands!!! They totally cashed in on their sound by making it all pop and generic and selling their alternative image to people who want others to THINK they like alt but in actuality like generic pop "music"

Night Shades. This album is good. "Middle Finger" personally is my favorite. Mine is up to the sky for all the haters. My second favorite is "You Make Me Feel..." Sabi completes that song.

It's different but so what?. Is it really that big of a deal that they're going a bit more mainstream for one album? I'm as big of a fan for While the City Sleep, We Rule the Streets as anybody else but I've also loved every single album since then. It's nice not to have the same kind of thing each album and that's what makes them great. They can change up their sound each time and still get an amazing album. I've seen them in concert several times and it's always the band I love playing. Sure, the songs are different but it's the same band playing and having fun doing it, which makes it that much better.

wow.. I'd rather spend my 12.99 on the older Cobra Starship albums. There is a few decent songs on here but the rest are just crap. I want the old Cobra Starship back

Amazing. Yeah, it's not the same, but it's still the awesome Cobra. Bat songs are tracks 1, 8, and 10. AMAZING.

The cobras haven't changed. First of all this album is fantastic. It depends what kind of music you like obviously. So if you like country music or hard core rock/metal duh your not gonna like it! Read the genre people! It's ALTERNATIVE. Anyway if you where a 'die hard cobra' you wouldn't give it a crappy review. You would enjoy it. So shut up,stop giving it bad reviews and enjoy the music. Yeah they changed there sound a little bit. But still it's good. Sounds just like the music from 'Hot mess.' Okay yeah it has a little more synth but so did all the other albums. Also I wanted to point out the fact that people say that they can't hear the instruments. B.S look at the songs 'you belong to me','1nite','fool like me','dont blame the world it's the djs fault',and 'disaster boy'. You can clearly hear drums,base,keyboard,and guitars. LISTEN TO IT A FEW TIMES BEFORE YOU WRITE A CRAPY REVIEW. IT WILL EVENTUALLY GROW ON YOU

YOU MAKE ME FEEL GOOD!!!. LOVE IT!!!! I even tried to find this song over on YouTube and I FINALLY found it!!! I was happy I blasted the music in my bedroom and jammed it!!!! I LOVE YOU GUYS!!!!

Quality?. Big fan of CS here, but the production quality is really lacking compared to the other albums. This was a miss album for me.

It's Different, Not Bad!. Okay, Okay, Okay, all Cobra Starship fans know their glory days of Guilty Pleasure, and Good Girls Go Bad, but this album is different from those past hits. And there is nothing wrong with that! I don't like when I see a lot of reviews bashing the album just because it isn't the same as the old stuff. DONT JUDGE BY THE OLD ALBUMS! LISTEN TO THE SONGS, AND BASE IT OFF THAT! If you don't like it just because you don't like it, THEN THAT'S FINE. i just dislike seeing people calling them sellouts. that's not cool. you may have an opinion, but don't go overboard. okay? I'm not telling you all that you have to like the album, just give it a shot. You might actually find a couple songs you enjoy. I, for one, enjoy You Make Me Feel very much. Also, it isn't all just autotune! I can hear gabe's distinct voice in the tracks. just sayin.

Just listen!. So what if they're getting songs on the radio? Is that really going to stop people from listening to Cobra Starship? That doesn't make you a "true Cobra fan," it means you're trying to be hipster. They're not "selling out" or becoming "mainstream." Yes, their earlier albums reflect Gabe's punk rock days in Midtown, but this album is equally great in a different* way! Shades on, fangs up!

Average.. Bought the first three in hard copy because I liked them so much; now I can't tell if it's them getting less good or I'm just growing out of them, but I wasn't even motivated to get a digital copy of this. "You Make Me Feel…" is fun, but I can get that sound from a lot of other artists that are already established Top 20 artists. I kind of really miss their older records and wish they had developed differently. Their videos are still fantastically funny though.

You make me feel remix. I bought the remix of you make me feel and it sounds awful, nothing like the original. If there were iTunes refunds, I'd send this song right back.

:(. I miss the older cobra. I loved them when they had viva la cobra and while the city sleeps we rule the streets. Hot mess wasn't their best but it wasn't awful. This isn't the worst music out today but I wish they where still older cobra. I know bands change and im all for letting them experiment with sound that's something you must do as an artist I just hope he go back cuz that was the cobra I loved.

Old starship was better. Honestly just not a good album. If you're coming here being an old starship fan, you're going to be very disappointed. They were great as a band and one of my favorites but their new albums are purely awful. They are not a rock band anymore, just a crappy mediocre trendy pop group. Do not buy this album

Very Dissapointed. I've been a Cobra fan since the beginning...but this is not them. They completely sold out and I couldn't be more dissapointed.

like…but not alternative. I really like the song, probably cause I can just bomb my head around to part of it then awkwardly dance at the chorus, but it is definitely not alternative like the side says. This sign is definitely pop, but with that being said, I still like it.

Epic song. Well this song is pretty sick. I heard it on the MTV VMAS 2011, the performance was cool. I wonder why this is called "alternative".
