Great compilation. 4,000 songs on my iPod 40 are country 7 come from the Dixie Chicks. They have an appeal without the red neck theme that occurs in most country music love ya chicks

Absolutely love the chicks. This album is my all time favorite. I have loved the Dixie Chicks from the first time I heard them and always will. Best country songs ever. And by the way, I'm right there with ya about gw. He definitely upturned the hornets nest in the Middle East.

Dixie Chicks. Just used to LIVE for them! They were my favorite. Then they had to diss the President of The United States. I still don't think they understand what they did. I don't care what you think of whoever is commander in Chief, you don't bad mouth our leader in public.... and in a foreign country no less. I was about to buy the album and thought...... Vince Arcuri is not ready to make nice either. No residual income from my wallet to them.

Bye... Again.. They never were country artists any more than they were pro-American. Stay away from bad music and stay away from these ungrateful women and their lead singer.

I TOO WISH THE DIXIE CHICKS WILL REUNITE ASAP!. I was able to go to see them live at MSG "Top of the World" I believe 😉. And bought tickets for my two nieces so they could experience their 1st live concert with their "Aunt MiMi" as I thought the concert was awesome and was basically a sing along event lol. I could barely hear them as it felt that every person their knew every lyric to every song they sung 🎶🎶. Overall aside from being slightly annoyed that I couldn't hear Natalie Maines voice or the sisters voices we all enjoyed every second!!

Never Forget. First of all this isnt even country music. And some people may have forgotten what Natalie did... But there's a reason their career plummeted into the wasteland. You don't go overseas and talk trash about the U.S., especially when your fan base is primarily republican. If you dont like the way things are then why dont you join the military and do something about it you spoiled brats.

LOVE THEM!!!. I love yalls music. Never have stopped. I believe in freedom of speech. I believe bush is an embarrassment and I'd say it out loud in another country!!! Want to see y'all when y'all come to my city!!! And hope to buy a new album from y'all soon!!! Keep making wonderful music!!!

Isn't It Ironic? Don't Cha Think?. I am endlessly amused by the number of people complaining about the Dixie Chicks disrespecting the former president and the office he held. Especially given the number of them I see posting negative comments and memes directed at President Obama and his family.

49 yr old rocker loves the Chicks. Took my then 5 year old son, his mother, and I to a Chicks concert in Lubbock TX. Natalie Maines father played slide guitar on stage for 1 song in her hometown. Saw almost 10 concerts in two different cities and our family grew up with the chicks. My favorite music is Rock/Blues, but I would plunk down many Ben Franklins to go see a Chicks reunion tour again. Oh yeah, also saw Natalie’s Uncle Kenny play music in the park in a band many years ago. Very talented family. Bring Chicks back now!

Love them. Gotta love all the butthurt still from these ignorant people. They were way ahead of the curve when it came to calling out president SFB since we found out later we were in fact lied to about the reasons for that BS war. Just remember, there's more people that think like them than people that don't. The Dixie Chicks will always be American treasures and I love that some ignorant people hate that, lol.

PLEASE COME BACK DIXIE CHICKS. I have followed and loved the Dixie Chicks since the day their first single was released. I have purchased every CD. I am so sorry that I was never able to attend one of their concerts. It has been a long time since they have recorded and I think it's time for the haters to calm down (that includes all of Country Entertainers) and welcome back one of the very best country entertainer groups there ever was. One thing all of " Country" knows is that God teaches us all to forgive. For if we do not forgive, we will never be forgiven. The most important thing our great Country has is THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA which gives us all the freedom of speech. At a time in history, they felt they had something to say. Well, everybody went crazy. So what? Everyone is entitled to their opinion. But that does not give others the right to Blackball them from making great music and having it played on the airwaves. Come on people, stop with the nonsense. How many others have said nasty vile things and done nasty vile things in the music industry and in Hollywood, and all is forgiven for them. COME ON DIXIE CHICKS, stand up tall and strong and face Nashville square in the eye and say, WE ARE BACK!!! Love you Dixie Chicks.

Truly talented and beautiful. The harmonies are like nature singing in spring. Time to come back out and make people happy and feel emotions again. I am a man and I enjoy these women for more than just thier pretty faces, it's the musical passion.

Come back Dixie Chicks. I grew up listening to the Dixie Chicks and when they quit making music I was sad. I'm 16 now and I still listen to their CDs and songs. I love all of their music especially Ready To Run, Not Ready To Make Nice, Long Time Gone, and many more. Everyone should have took the bush comment as a joke, my whole family did. I think it is ridiculous that people threw away the CDs, broke the CDs, protested and told the radio stations that if they play another one of their songs, they will not listen to the radio station any more. Don't you all think that's over exadurating the whole situation! The death threats were and still are uncalled for! They are human beings, would you all like it if you all got death threats, put yourself in their shoes, feel their pain. Anyway, If they ever come out with new music, I will buy it! I don't care, I will still be their fan no matter what they do. I have all of their CDs! The Court Yard Hounds are ok, but they are missing something and that is Natalie Maines' voice. That is what made the Dixie Chicks. Hoping and praying they will reunite as the Dixie Chicks or even some other band, and record new music even if it is just a single! Shania Twain has even came out with a new single after her situation. She's even playing a concert next month at Caesars Palace! If she can make a comeback, I am certain the Dixie Chicks could!! Hope they comeback, we all miss them!

Love it...I Miss the Dixie Chicks!!!!. I loves this album...all my old favorites, plus i love the new songs. I heard a older Dixie Chicks song the other day and remembered how much i loved them...had all their CDs at one time. Then the George Bush thing. I did not think it was right for Natalie to go abroad and say what she said. I am now ready to forgive and love this music...I hope they put out more!!!

Shut up and sing, they said. And the Chicks gave ‘me the finger. Sing on, girls. This proud Texan willI never stop listening to the magic you recorded in the years you were together.

Amazing... Your argument isn't valid :P. I totally miss the Dixie Chicks! Not only was their music a great blend of girls having fun, finding love, and of heartbreak, but they harmonize so freaking well. Such beautiful voices. The merit of the art stands all on its own, regardless what you think about the opinions of the artist. I can't even list my individual favorite songs, they're all so great, but the highlights are Goodbye Earl (of course!), Wide Open Spaces, Top of the World, Cowboy Take Me Away, and You Were Mine.

Love The Ckicks. Great album full of great music from these talented ladies! They are free to express themselves like anyone else. The fact that they did so, regardless of the ramifications, took guts and I admire that.

Disappointed. Don't expect this to make you feel like they did when the released "FLY". Don't waste your time and money either....it all sounds the same and most of the lead vocals sound flat!

Hate country, love the Dixie Chicks. I loathe most country music. It makes my ears bleed. The first song of theirs I heard was "Goodbye Earl". After that, I was hooked! Not on the rest of country music, just the Dixie Chicks! I love their irreverent, bluegrass sound.
