Such a great song. The song is technically complex, so at first you will not be able to get into it. But trust me, the song is amazing, it's just so complicated that your brain has trouble getting use to it. Give it at least 10 listens before you quit on it. Chris Broderick is amazingly melodic. He hasn't even had a chance to do any writing on Endgame, trust me the next album will be super amazing.

Incredible!. Mustaine and Co. are at their best here. Megadeth is a metal band that has been around for a long time and with Endgame and this track, they have proved that they make music that is just as stellar as anything off of Peace Sells or Rust in Peace. Mustaine and Co., I salute you for keeping metal real.

30 Years and no slowing down. This is definatly in my opinion the best Megadeth song scince Holy Wars... The Punishment Due. This has every thing thrash metal should have, a nice Drum Track with great bass and Fast Guitars with more solos than you could ask for. In my opinion Dave Mustaine is not only the Best Guitarist in Metal but by far the best Musician in Metal as well.

Probably one of Megadeths best songs ever!. An excellent song, and a pleasure to listen to. The band brings back some of the old style, while blending it almost perfectly with the new style of megadeth. Daves lyrics are great. The only problem I truly have with the song is the fact that I still feel like Im listening to the new stuff, one of the reasons for this is actually the intro solo. However, to me, its like the intro track on Screaming For Vengeance (The Hellion) is to Electric Eye; it needs to be there for the song to be complete. There is no real problem with the intro though. In my opinion, this song is the Holy Wars of the new generation. It has a wild intro, the lyrics are excellent, and make you wonder what exactly he is singing about, as it could have more than one meaning, and best of all; THE BAND SOUNDS BETTER THAN THEY DID THROUGH THE ENTIRE DURATION OF THE ENDGAME ALBUM!!! The song brings me back to when I first heard the Rust In Peace album - I was blown away. I really didnt have any hope that this would be better than anything on Endgame, but boy I was wrong. Now, you may wonder why I dont like Endgame that much, and to be honest, I dont really know for sure myself. There is just something about the album that turned me off to it. Anyways, if you like ANY Megadeth, you should enjoy this song. Immensly. Here's hoping that ALL of the songs on the upcoming Megs album are as good as, or even better than Sudden Death!

Even though Guitar Hero can seem like a bit of a cash cow of a rhythm game (much like Rock Band), it is still a medium to get the younger generation into proper music written by talented musicians. Bottom line: if you don't like this song, then you can turn in your metal credentials because you are NOT metal. Easy 5 out of 5 for a clever mix of doom, thrash, and neo-classical virtuosity.

Bob Dylan of Thrash is Back. sounds like something pre-Rust In Peace. Great lyrics, riffs, solos, breakdowns, and drum fills. This one is an instant classic and is surely a sample of what is to come of their next album.

Holy Effen Wow. What an awesome song. The riffs are so intense It feels like 1986 all over again. This is a band that remained true to it's roots and to it's fan through the years and for that I am grateful. #2 metal band, I don't think so. Megadeth blows away the competition with cryptic lyrics, solos, and intricate riffs that no other metal band can match. Megadeth will always be the #1 Metal band in the world bar none.

"sudden death" is a fantastic thrash metal song at its finest. Dave mustaine will never really get the commercial success or credit he deserves and he may never win a grammy for that matter! But out of the "big four bands" megadeth have remained amazingly consistant over the past twenty plus years, and this song is a testament to that. Can't wait to see what's in store for the next album. please make it the most fast riff, complex soloing, thrash metal album we have ever heard and don't let up till our ears bleed!!! lol!

Damn :). I like every part of this song. Vocals/lyrics, guitar (obviously!), bass, and the drums are my favorite, being a drummer. It sounds a little forced, being made for WoR, but it's still very, very good.

awesome song. This is a great single, one of the best I've ever heard. It's heavy and has some of the best solos from Dave Mustaine aka the thrash master. I can't get more than 96% on Guitar Hero so it's really hard.

DAVE IS GOD!. Ok... Endgame was a great album, and Head Crusher is a great single from that album...but Sudden Death is AMAZING! Just listen to the guitar work, esp. @ 2:40. This song is triumphant! For those Megadeth fans who are constantly comparing "OLD vs. NEW"... this is a perfect blend. The technical guitar work blows me away (as someone who has never played) and Dave's voice sounds great. Buy this song! You are not a true Megadeth fan if you don't! I've got about 30 listens on it since it first came out, and it gets better every time.

Total Metal.. This song is one of the most epic songs ever. If the rest of the songs sound like this and Public Enemy No. 1 (As I'm writing this that song has just been streamed on Megadeth's website), then this really will be Megadeth's best album since Countdown to Extinction.
