A truly unique song. Wow... Ashley Tisdale has done it again with this amazing new single "Acting Out". She features an incredible array of innovative guitar riffs, complex drum rhythms and unique lyrics as she tells young women that what they really need in their lives is to "get dirty" and break free from the chains of responsibility and adult life. She is an incredible role model and an amazing musician. Most pop stars cannot actually sing and through digital effects create a caterwauling nasal sound. Ashley Tisdale is different. She can clearly sing, and her beautiful voice is really showcased in this song. Her wardrobe also rounds out her unique image. Who would have thought that tight plastic pants and a tight, rockstar t-shirt could ever look so good on a young woman? The black hair is great as well. She really has a unique image. I look forward to many more songs to come from this talented young woman, and I must say -- leaving Disney channel is the best thing she has ever done. She wasn't able to be herself while in the confines of oppressive morality. I love Ashley Tisdale. -Blum

way to many singles. Ashley is a decent singer but way to many singles. Like a ton of other people, i don't have anything aginst her songs but she shouldn't release so many songs before the album comes out. If you think im right even just a little bit click yes.

"What wuz she thinking?!!!!!". Alright one thing's for sure the rock chic look and music doesn't go with her. What happened to her pop music? Now she's a poser. That song "it's alright, it's ok" sounds exactly like "so what" from pink which I like better. I'm not saying she's a bad singer, she's actually really good, but her music isn't.

I'm Acting Out. She isn't a little girl anymore, and I think she showed people that with this album. She obivosley doesn't want to be known as the high school musical star. And I supposrt her on that. Love the new single.I hope she goes on tour. Love her.

This is ridiculous.. Ashley Tisdale cannot sing no matter how many adjustments are made to make her voice sound different on her cd's. It's ridiculous how many people give her more than 3 stars. Her first album was horrible, and so is this single.

really?. maybe it is autotuned, but it doesn't mean she can't sing. so don't go bashing her, some songs just work better with some reverb. leave her alone, because she does have the skills, unlike some other singers who have awful voices so they HAVE to autotune it.

Awesome!!!!. I love this song. Ashley Tisdale is a great singer, and her voice sounds great with this type of music. My family and I went to a restaurant in California, and Ashley was there. My daughter was so excited. I think this girl has a lot of talent. I never knew there would be a life after High School Musical for this talented singer. Ashley really changed. She is great at belting her pieces, and writes them herself. I think this song is worth the buy. Did you know that Ashley's favorite thing to do on the weekend is go shopping with her friends. What happend to Headstong?. I really liked her first cd, and i honestly dont get this or any of her newer songs at all.

:P. The thing is, is that I love Vocaloids! (electronic Japanese singers) But I really hate it when people auto tune people's voices. It's just something that gets to me... Ashley isn't really a good actor or singer.

Ashley Goes Deep!. Ashley goes more personal in Acting Out. It can relate to us teenagers wanting to break out of our shells and set ourselfs free. This song shows a more dirty, subtle Ashley.

Whiners. To people complaining about her voice being "fixed" by a machine, you may as well stop listening to pop all together because almost all of the artists now use auto tune.

Its pretty good..... Ok, I'm not gonna sit here and claim shes a musical prodigy or anything, but if this is your genre this is better than cant be tamed bull they play 24/7. Also catch an episode of hellcats it will make you appreciate her a lot more, I love seeing her other side as Savannah.

Nothing out of the Ordinary. Ashley Tisdale is an amazing actress, but i almost feel that all her work is about to sound the same and running together. Her singles thus far seem to me that they all have the same sound...nothing new. But none of it is particularly bad.

the better version of.... this song is a better version than miley cyrus' can't be tammed, no cussing, no over revealing music video, and most of all being 8 years older!! if you kind of liked can't be tammed and wished there wasn't cussing or an over revealing singer, this is the song for you!

Love It but have to take away a star.. Okay Ashley Tisdale's new album has great, catchy songs on it, but it would sound much better if some one with a lower voice were singing these songs. They'd sound SO much better because, expecially in this 30 sec clip, Ashley's voice still is very nasally and very high pitched. She sounds like a child at some points, it shows a lot in the chorus. I think if I find the instumental track I'll sing it and compare. But for now I stick to my thoughts.

Wow!. Miley should take a tip from Ashley. Ashley avoided the whole awkward phase that Miley is going through right now. I think it helped that Ashley did High School Musical 2. And that her songs aren't as.....you know, as Miley's new "Can't Be Tamed" album. By the way, the song is good.

SURPRISE! THIS SONG ROCKS!. So yeah, I'm a little biased against the Disney singers (I mean, how many of them can actually sing? 2?) But I love this song! The intro is really awesome with the strings playing, and the lyrics actually have meaning to me. And her voice is pretty good in this song, too. Definetly not a 12 year old's song. I hope her other songs are as good!

How Many?. How many of these teeny pop wannabe singers who can't act do we need plugging up the airwaves????? Junk, just total junk! Makes me sad how horrible the music has become in the las 10 or so years. Singers with real talent are not getting heard but Justin bieber, this trash are making it to your I Pods....shame shame. For all of you who think this stuff is good, buy a Beatles album and give real music a listen. :) Or if you need something Newer Pearl Jam have a new Cd Check that out.
