Incredible talent!. Wow! I've got to say that Jordin Sparks is one of the best artists that I've heard who won American Idol. David Archuleta and Kris Allen are awesome too! Anyway my favorite songs are Tattoo, One Step At A Time, and No Air. The lyrics and music are very well done on this album also. She has a very powerful voice and I think she is going to have a very successful singing career. If you like pop/R&B then this album is for you. I also think Jordin is one of those artist who stays true to who she is like Taylor Swift. She doesn't put on a disturbing/wild persona like some other female pop artists.

WOW!. The year that Jordin won Idol was the first season I watched. All of the winners so far have been ok, except for Jrodin. This is the only album of an Idol winner that I own. It is amazing! This album should have won a million awards! There is not one bad song on this CD! My favorite songs on this album are Permanent Monday, Young and In Love, and Next to you. It has been 4 years since she won Idol and this is still my fav CD. I <3 Jordins Music!

Lame. This all sounds the same. The songs aren't something I would remember. The worst are No Air and Tattoo!

OUTSTANDING. This album was absolutely outstanding. Jordan has a fantastic voice and in the future I hope to see many more of her albums. My all time favorite song is "One Step at a Time". I printed off the lyrics for it and now I have it memorized. I LOVE JORDIN SPARKS

consistently good. It’s rare that I find a album I love almost every song, but Sparks provided. Hopefully we will see more of this artist in the years to come. “Shy Boy” and “Freeze” are my favorite songs.

Not bad for a start!. To be honest, I never even realized her album release until No Air was released as a single. I don't know why but it's maybe because I'm too caught up with the music scene in Asia. I didn't even realize Tattoo was released as a single in late September (what a great autumn song). After watching her winning American Idol, I expected this album to have lots of vocal-powered tracks. This album is good for a listen but it always feels like as though they're not letting her sing out to her soul, as though she was holding back. Even though, I really enjoyed this album and wouldn't have bought it if it in the first place. Besides This Is My Now, No Air is probably one of the tracks where she sings powerfuly (not to mention, a great duet with Chris Brown). Never the less, her reaching as the American Idol 2007 proved that she can be in the position she's in today. She's so inspiring and the producers and lyricists fitted her so well for these songs. This album holds a special place in my heart as of now. It's only that this album does not do enough justice to the power of her voice. Of all the tracks, I'm gonna have to say One Step At a Time is my favourtie. I wouldn't be surprised if this was the next single (which happened to be so). Still I encourage everyone to buy the whole album instead of individual songs just so listeners can hear what Jordin can do as of today. *booklet has some neat pictures. Preferably I'd buy the physical copy but having a digital copy is a life saver. I ♥ you Jordin!!!

You Go Jordan. Jordan is by far one of the best american idols around. I still don't know why she got dropped from her label. This album is greatt i got it for christmas, and ever since then i could not stop playing it. This album is something that you won't regret buying it mixes various genres. My favorite songs on the album is Tattoo which is a playful song very poppy One Step At a Time speaks the truth, good family song..lol Next to You which gives you the r&b flava and also No Air very urban with Chris brown but nice and Young and In Love has the Hilary Duff touch with the techno beats overall i would personally rate this album as a 7.5 out of 10

American Idol is OLD!. Just like every other American Idol winner Jordan Sparks came out with another souless, rushed and fake album. All the songs sound the exact same! Everything on this album has been done and these so called "number 1 hits" are sooo forgetable. (Also why is she dancing around on a merry-go-round in her video? what does that have to do with tattoos or break-ups?)

Good start. Jordin Sparks has a good voice, but the songs aren't that great. She has got some good songs here, some that will definetly become hits, but most of the songs don't have that POP! It's enough to get her started. And it isn't terrible. I don't watch American Idol, and I have actually heard of her. That hasn''t happened a lot. So I'd say good start, but change it a little as you go.

No Air Is GENIUS!!. Her songs in all are fairly good, but Jordan should start making some music videos. I'd love to see a Tattoo music video. That would be killer. I'd also like to see a No Air music video. That would be double the killer vid.

Pleasant Surprise! :). I’m actually pleasantly surprised with this cd. I’ve enjoyed listening to it and so have my friends when they are in the car with me. If you like pop music, you should like quite a few of the songs on this cd. I think the age groups who’ll like this cd are teens to early 20’s. No Air, Freeze, and Young and In Love (which reminds me a lot of what Britney sounded like 2-3 years ago when I liked her style of music better) are uptempo songs which I like on her cd. Tattoo is a fun and catchy song! Next To You, Just For The Record, and Permanent Monday are ballad-like songs which I like on her cd. I think her voice sounds great! I think she put out a good cd for her first cd! I like more than half the songs on her cd and these days it is hard to find cds where you like a decent amount of the songs! So overall, I’m impressed with Jordin’s cd!!!

TALENTED!. Jordin is being labeled as the lowest selling AI winner, which is so unfair. As most people know, AI can be said to be a popularity contest, but in Jordin's case, its all about the voice. The songs on this CD showcase her amazing voice and she deserves so much more credit that what she's been given! No Air, Tattoo, One Step At A Time and Freeze are my faves.

At first i didn't really think anythign of Jordin Spraks. i thought she was just another female artist that was trying to do well in the music industry. i changed my mind when i heard the "One Step at a Time" on the radio. i love that song. some of her other stuff is pretty good as well.

This is just AMAZING!. On Idol, I've been rootin' for Jordin all the way. She definitely deserved to win with her amazing voice of hers. I love all the songs on this album. It's really catchy and a great way to start her music career. I am expecting great things from Jordin because of this album. I really recommend the songs Next to You, Young and In Love, Now You Tell Me, Tattoo, No Air and One Step at a Time. This is an album I don't regret on buying. She really shows her vocals well as she did on AI.

INTERESTING. I actually think that this song really suits Jordan and Chris and i think that it was a very wise idea to do it together because both of their voices combined really makes the song interesting. I think it really gave the song a nice spin.

Then they don't even bother making another album, and if they do, it's a crappy and rushed one. Excluding Kelly of course, I mean she has like...3? albums out there. Jordin Sparks will just be forgotten like the rest of them. And my point of view for this C.D.? Totally rushed. But some decent songs nonetheless. Sound kinda all the same, though. Singles. I rank this album as one of the top three best debut albums by an American Idol winner ever. The other two members are Kelly Clarkson and Carrie Underwood's debut albums. Not Including "This Is My Now", There are 7 songs on this album that really sound like singles, so it is very likely that something that sounds like a single won't end up being one. The seven songs I'm referring to are: "Tattoo", "One Step At A Time", "No Air", "Freeze", "Now You Tell Me", "Next To You", and "Permanent Monday". But never mind singles, all the songs are great. My favourite songs that aren't on the list above are "Shy Boy" and "Young & In Love".

tattoo such a good song. i have got to say i havent watched american idol for a while as its broadcast late on a night in england... i was truly amazed when i heard this song it sums up what me and my ex are going through at the moment.. and when i hear this song it makes me smile and being a teenager i just love the beat to it :)

Jordin Sparks has got a great album on her hands here - it's not old, it's not full of covers.....it's just modern pop and great to listen to all the way through - unlike a lot of albums. Tattoo - Jordin's 2nd single and really catchy - a big hit in America - production by Stargate One Step At A Time - Jordin's next single (her 4th) a really catchy RnB song - sounds like Because Of You by Ne-Yo No Air - Her 3rd and current single - HUGE song - her biggest hit to date!!! Freeze - a real grower and possible single Shy Boy - a song about being in the clubs - up beat Now You Tell Me - love this....the background reminds me of something like U2 Next To You - romantic pop/RnB ballad - really relaxing Just For The Record - think or Colbie Caillat or Corrine Bailey Rae - nice song Permanent Monday - this was gonna be the 3rd single - a great ballad Young And In Love - back to the clubs for this dancey song! See My Side - for me this song is weak next to the others God Loves Ugly - great song to make u appreciate things in life This Is My Now - the 1st single and winning song from American Idol - LOVE IT Overall an amazing album and im hard to please!!! Showbiz Princess. This Album is AMAZING! One great track after another. Never really saw the full potential when Jordan was on American Idol but this has got to be best winner yet!
