The best. I put it on everything that this is the best album I've ever heard. Being 13 I have learned a lot from it and see brandy as a role model.

One of the Greatest of all time!!!. In my opinion, this is Brandy’s best work and is my favorite album!!! Her voice transition from her first album to her sophomore album was crazy!! But her voice sounds so soothing. I love all the songs on the album, and most people will say they have a similar sound, yes some do but I like that. This is a true masterpiece! There will be no other album that can compare with this one. You can definitely hear that late 90s sound in her music and her voice which I love, and some songs can fit in with today. This is one of the best R&B albums of the 90s!!!

Never Say Never. On this album Brandy seemed to matured from her debut, a point duly noted,but her signature ballads on this album seemed to become boring and tired. I am a huge brandy fan, but I feel the attempts to stab to mainstream radio in this ballad heavy album. An attempt which worked being she got two number ones from this album. Never say never is not different for its time, the production and sound similarly not atypical from late 90s but her raspy vocals makes up for it

I give it a 10. Brandy is an underrated artist who has one of the purist voices of the 90's. This album, in my opinion is the best! Every song has meaning and you can hear her emotion behind her voice, in my eyes(and ears) Brandy is perfection

I love it,better than music today. I love this album,as a brandy fan really I love all her albums but this on is my favorite.This album is so soulful and passion in all of the songs.My option personally is this album and other music back then is really better than most songs in the year 2012.All the music in this generation mostly talks about fighting,and drug use,and doing it with someone and other bad things,but this album really makes sense and you can probably relate to the music to!!!There is really some songs that you can like but most,you just wish they go away forever.Music back in the '90's is really lovable and I love this album.

Slow Album,but grows on you. At first i never cared for this album all that much,but it honestly is one of the best R&B albums of all time,and its a classic. the best tracks are 'Almost Doesnt Count'-its slow and may take time to grow on you,look at the lyrics,its really a great song. -'Have You Ever' is the big David Foster ballad,it was a #1 hit,and its a great song. 'Top Of The World' is catchy,seems boring at first,give it a few listens. 'The Boy Is Mine' in my opinion,is overrated,its a bit boring,the vocals are boring,but at the time,it was a big hype because of the duet between the two young rising r&b females. 'Learn The Hard Way' is good,again seems slow at first,but hte melodic singing is great,i can hear alot of the Mariah Carey 'Butterfly' album,breathy and layered vocals influence on Brandy on this album. 'Angel In Disquise' is great,its super original,at the time,there had never really been a sound like this,Brandy came into something new this time around. 'U Dont Know Me(Like U Used To) is aiight,nothing that special,'Top Of The World' is much better.'Truthfully' is a nice ballad. 'One Voice' is impressive,a gospel song and its one of Brandy's best songs and vocal performances,'Tomorrow' is another impressive ballad,as is the cover '(Everything I Do) I Do it For You' is a nice version. Vocally,this album is much weaker than her first record. She sounded liek a young Whitney the first time around,her second album is more mellow,amybe her voice was changing,or she just wanted to sing differently,if you like stronger R&B vocals,her first album 'Brandy' (from '94) is more for you.
