Great cd. This is great. Not many groups can get a 5 star rating on their first cd but Simple Plan can. Check it out.

Love them so much!. When I heard I'm just a kid I fell in love and then I listened to all their other songs and fell in love. Great album! Pierre's voice is hypnotizing.

LOVE THEM. Everything about their songs is perfect. Every album and every individual song is amazing! Anyone can relate to the songs! They are the best band ever

Amazing. One of the greatest albums of all time from this genre.. Hands Down!!! Unfortunately Simple Plan doesn't make as good of music anymore, but this album is simply amazing! A must have!

simple plan rock. can any one tell me what the best songs by sp that are rock and fast paced my friend said their were some that were like that

I still listen to this cd... but not the full cd. I also feel childish when I listen to the lyrics but I still have some of this album on my ipod. The song that made me discover Simple Plan was I'd Do Anything and that's probably my favorite song on this album. I also think Perfect is a good one.

music. love

Literally. You know how whenever you're reading iTunes reviews, there's always those fanboys saying "every single song is great," but when you go and listen to them, you have no idea what they were talking about? It happens to me all the time. But listen guys. I cannot stress how literal I'm being when I say that every single song on this album is something you'd want to listen to.* Please buy the thing. It'll represent a large chunk of your favorites playlist, I guarantee you. *I make this assumption based on the fact that you're on this page, and are therefor interested in this genre of music.

I love simple plan. Even if this album is old I still love it and I hope simple plan would get back together

I'd do anything....for this cd!!!!!! :). I love I'd do anything you should totally buy this cd with the mixtures of all the instruments and pierre's singing it just rocks! Go SP!!!!!!;)

I'd do anything. This is the greatest band ever and I can't wait for their 4th album!

These aren't kids... they're adults. Songs made by adults for kids? Makes sense. If you like this music, well... you're a child. One of the worst things to happen to music.

Simple Plan !. This album was my childhood. I used to listen to it all the time! Although the album was more than likely just as cheesy as back then, you still cant deny the ultimate fun time that is No Pads, No Helmets...Just Balls.

Surprise inside. I love simple plan's music. I bought the song 'Grow Up (Bonus Tracks)' And its awesome. Its an amazing song. I thought the song 'Grow up' was the bonus track itself. But it had like 00:25 seconds of silence. So I jsut fast forwarded abit and I heard there song 'My Christmas List' and I felt like a kid on christmas.

One of favorite albums!. This one will never get old. Great songs on the whole album!

No Pads. This album is my favorite simple plan album. I love all of these songs, and there is no song that I skip. Evey one, to me, is equally as great. Excelent.

A classic!!!!. Simple Plan is awesome, I love their stuff. Every track is good on here even the bonus track "Grow Up"which is a fast paced punk rocker. My favorite songs are "The Worst Day Ever", "I Won't Be There", "One Day", "Addicted", "I'm Just A Kid", and "Meet You There".

simple plan: kick all the other band's butts. The plan worked guys.

Cheaper by the dozen. This song(I'm just a kid) is in cheaper by the dozen and its amazing

No pads no helmet just balls. This album is Ausome I love it but I think the best song is id do anything

Everyday Debut Album. Okay. This album is definately better than Still Not Getting Any...: and its probably my favorite Simple Plan album. Most of the songs I like. Perfect is a great song, becuase every probably goes through stuff w/ their dad all the time. Nevertheless, its a solid album

This album is Amazing!. Thanks for not putting the song I’m just a kid album only

Just to Be Clear.... The version of I'm Just a Kid that's on this album is CLEAN (well, it has the 'h' word in it, where the 'f' word should be). I know some people were wondering about that, and I know that I was going CRAZY trying to find out what version of this song it was... The song isn't marked clean or explicit, so I had to do a little research. I hope this saves some time for a couple of listeners...

5 Stars. O.K., I grew up on Simple Plan. I am a 2000's pop/punk rocker. To me, I think these guys rock! Now I'm not saying they are the best, but they are a pretty good group. The reason I would give this album five stars is because of the fast paced, punk/pop sound that I just love! I would recomend these guys to any pop/punk rocker.

great. best song, my brother had a bad relations with my father, i feel for others in the same situation

Break Grow up into a track. I believe it would be really convenate to take that song Grow up and make it its own track heck I'll go for that.

Im a d*ck...im addicted to YOU simple plan!. ahhhh, these songs bring back good memories! Go check out there newest CD, its goooood!

The Good Old Days.... I was 12 when this album came out, and it almost feels like yesterday when I saw songs like “Perfect” and “Addicted” on MTV, or when The New Guy hit theres and showcased “I’m Just a Kid”. And then I remember those days and it really does feel like 14 years ago, and WOW has the time passed. This was definitely one of the soundtracks to my youth growing up in middle school/high school. Along with blink-182 and Sum 4. But to get into it, this album is perfectly reminiscent of early 2000’s era pop-punk. This favors the pop side more, but it’s still arguably more rock than anything else. Lyrically, themes focus on girls, love, depression, being an outcast, angry, etc… All relatable topics, and typical for a debut pop-punk album. Vocally, Pierre is fantastic. He has the perfect voice for this type of music. Pop-punk singers back then just all had fantastic voices, versus the grit/raw sound most vocalists have today in the new-wave of pop-punk. Instrumentally, the band has amazing hooks and riffs, writing some catchy tunes. You can’t help but want to sing along, get up and dance, or tap your feet to the music. It’s sad they aren’t nearly as popular now in the US that they were back then. There is no filler on here, but my favorite tracks include: “I’m Just a Kid”, “I’d Do Anything”, “Perfect”, and “Addicted”. But there are all fantastic. Buy this album. Support this band. Long Live SP!!!!!! Keep up the good work boys.

Brings back memories :). I used to love this CD when i was younger. Now its been about 6 years and I still love it! I bought the entire album and I love every song :)

Simple Plan is AMAZING!!!. I love Simple Plan! There music is just amazing. The last song, Grow Up (Bonust Track) I think thats a typo because they wrote Bonust not Bonus. Haha. But I love that song anywayz!!! Also the clean lyric is for "I'm Just A Kid" because they use the "F" word in it. Haha, love Simple Plan!!! x3 (:

Wow. 12 years later still perfect

Awsome. i love everysingle song on this album. But i guess i am a huge simple plan fan. If your into simple plan this is easy their best album

I'm just a kid. Fell in love with I'm just a kid from the fight scene lol in cheaper by the dozen. Love this song!...can get a tad repetitive tho

Love it. One of the best bands growing up to

I'm just a kid. At first when I bought the song it thought it would be good but boy was I wrong it turned out to be very annoying and I really couldn't listion to it.

Wonderful. This album is the definition for alternative music!

Fantastic. This is how all music should sound!

I love sp. Every one classifies simple plan as pop punk or pop or rock or what ever. They say they dont count as "punk" but who cares what genre they are, their songs are incredible and amazing, especially on this album. There is a song by them 4 every1! But hey, if u dont like sp, then thats ur problem. They exist 4 their fans, not for the people who hate their band. And this album shows just that! THAT THEY DONT CARE! It is an inspiring album that u will love! I hope u think so 2! Its worth the buy

Any one else?. AM i the only person here because we just remembered Disney Skate from our child hood and we wanted to listen to grow up?

The hits. Simple plan was a bad that took off when being a rebel was cool . This album brings us back when it was fun to be into punk

Achieves what it seems to aim for.. I can still remember listening to this album in my cd player during sixth grade. Stumbling upon it now in college, I might not have found any deeper meaning I missed the few couple hundred times before, but it's actually a pretty good album. I agree with most of the other reviews in that this album achieves what it seems to aim for; just being a fun album that flows well together. There isn't a boring track, and it hasn't lost any of its goodness after all these years.

=/. my mom said that if i don't have anything nice to say then don't say anything at all... (this band is annoying) i thought that, i didn't say it.

Fun!!!. Love this group!! They are still making wonderful music in 2022!! Listen all the way through!!

The begining of the end. The release of No Helmets, No Pads . . . Just Balls marked the begining of the end for good pop-punk music. The music took a turn for the worse beginnig with this record and ones like it, what was once whiny then became unbearable, legitimate feelings became the laments of a man child "I'm Just A Kid" being a perfect example. Pop-punk lost it's likability, not all at once, good pop-punk records were released after this, but Simple Plan's explosion marked the beginning of pop-punks ever falling decline.

Music to grow up to.. This album was the jam for me in middle school until 8th grade. That's when I thought I was to cool to like them and got into the "sex pistols" and such... well now I'm a senior in highschool and I can't stand the "sex pistols" (fortunatly I grew out of that phase and enjoy almost all music from hip hop to ska to indie) but still find myself coming back to this album. People will say it's that "fake" punk but really who cares it's music and it helped me grow up and feel like I had something to hate about this world even though when you're growing up middle class white kid there's not all that much for you to complain about. I'm just a kid, addicted, and I wont be there are my favorites.

Amazing vibe. Any time I get down I always go back to rock out with the 2000s punk rock scene love it all . Good times good times

1 word. Awesome. My mom showed me I'm just a kid. From that pony forward simple plan has been my favorite band by far. Thanks for filling my iPod guys!

Ok. Ok not really good:(

pop punkers. I love old pop punk bands like allister, nfg, sum 41, blink 182. simple plan has some ok songs like "I'd do anything" and "I'm just a kid" and that's it. "grow up" has a good message that I like but I don't like the singer that sings it.

IM JUST A KID. OH MY GOD IM JUST A KID IS MY THEME SONG LOVE IT SO MUCH, THIS ALBUM IS AMAZING!!!!
