Happy to report that Flatland avoids this and has once again delivered a beautiful project with soulful ballads like Fallen Star and ...Meantime while, also fun rock influenced songs like Dancin’ Around A Fire.

Greatness. This album is one that each time you listen to it the more you love it. Having pre-heard the songs before the release I can say that the production on this album couldn’t have been better done to allow the soulful and joyful feel of the songwriting to come through. Great album that will win critical acclaim and take these boys to the mainstream.

Better than gettin by. Well done and another great album. Thank you for the great sounds. “Gettin by” gives me goosebumps and touches the soul. Appreciate you all staying true and putting out genuine America.

Country in it’s purest form. With Nashville pumping out pop music from the likes of Sam Hunt, Maren Morris, and others, it’s nice when we get refreshing, pure country music, even if it isn’t the generic crap constantly heard on radio. Flatland Cavalry continues to put out such beautiful and thoughtful music, whether it be boot-stompers like Dancing Around the Fire, A Cowboy Knows How, or No Ace in the Hole, or the more laid back tone where Cleto’s voice really shines on tracks like Tilt Your Chair Back or Fallen Star. With actual instruments (especially the fiddle) being the star of the project, the album also has great lyricism along with amazing vocals from not only the band and Cleto but also from his wife, Kaitlin Butts, and Hailey Whitters. Each song feels like a masterpiece all around. One of my favorite albums of the year so far.

Best Flatland Album. Each record they make continues to get better. Songwriting progresses, musicianship progresses, band grows, Cleto’s voice sounds better and better. I love the new keys addition. Intro to Tilt Your Chair Back is my favorite. Gettin By is my favorite track on the album. It’s such an anthem. Great job fellas!
