Better Effort & More Enjoyable Than Last Few Albums. I have been Enjoyed " JE" Music for a Very Long Time...The last few Albums in my opinion had too much reliance on production tricks and enhancements. Too much studio added echo and sound effects on such natural VOICES.Sometimes just like in LIFE- Less Is BETTER. Keep It Simple "JE" and let your VOICES dominate the Music....BLESSINGS

Ok not great. I'm not feeling most of the songs it's ok, but not up to JE's standards from their stuff when they were in their musical prime in the 90s/early 2000s with JE Heartbreak, Jagged Little Thrill, & Hard. Not bad, but I expected more.

JE Ya’ll. Without doubt, Jagged Edge’s catalog will destroy any R&B group or tandem from the 90’s, 2000’s, or 2010’s. I waited patiently for A Jagged Love Story...and the wait was worth it. The production is edgy and yet still encompasses JE’s overall sound. The lyrics were meaningful but a bit elementary on some songs. Brian and Brandon rarely get the recognition they deserve for not just their writing ability, but to also be able to compose the lyrics with fresh, memorable melodies is not common for most artist. Every song was written by Dem Casey Boyz. Out of all the tracks, 17 are playlist worthy. Long Haul, If I Ever Fall In Love, How To Fix It, Exit Wounds, What Can I Do, Along for the Ride, Cuffs, are all classic Jagged Edge type songs. Ten albums of outstanding musical creations. I love 112, Dru Hill, Ruff Endz, Jodeci (K-Ci & JoJo), Ideal, Prophet Jones, Boyz II Men, but none of these groups have come even remotely close to the consistent production of Jagged Edge. Stop hating and enjoy good music...

Classic R&B. This is a very creative and great album. They did a hell of a job combining today’s sound with the classic JE sound. They don’t get the credit as writers that they should be getting. I would advise anyone who wants meaningful lyrics to listen to this.

Yikes. I hate to do this to my boys, I sooo wanted to love it! It’s been so long, but the whole album sounds the same. Like I was waiting for that dance banger too. I did expect a lot more from them as well. There’s only 5 songs I can honestly really get with and a 6th that I’m getting used to out of all the songs, that’s all that I downloaded and threw in my playlist to support...still💜love J.E.

Long Gone Are The Days. This project was very underwhelming. Maybe two songs halfway stood out. Last project that I supported by JE was the one that released the song “Hope.” This project is waay too long and the twins sound whiny. Inability to distinguish any songs truthfully. Blah! The marrying of classic JE w/ contemporary production is not working for me. Their lyrical content is not as strong as before, but it’s okay.

Brings me right back - great memories. Grew up with these dudes and have followed them every step of the way. Brings me right back to every romance I had in my teens, 20’s, 30’s etc. They are one of the few R&B groups that has stood the test of time and maintained the integrity of their sound. The music these days does little to illicit the type of the emotion these fellas create in their music. Bravo gentlemen - you kept us waiting too long but worth it.

One of if not the best album to date!. First off anyone that says this album is trash has no idea or they opinion could not be farther from the truth. You get 31 songs from one of the greatest R & B groups ever! What? Amazing album and so happy JE is back!

Life Long Fan. Wow it hurts my heart to give yet another review that isn’t 5 starts for JE. I mean I’ve loved them since their debut album. I’ve literally fallen in love and had babies to their music. I understand they want to keep up with the current trending sound, but not at the expensive of your true R&B roots. Wayyyyyyyy too much auto-tunes and whining. Every song literally has a trap beat. No classic JE melodies. It almost sounds like they are talking or whining the lyrics instead of singing, which is unfortunate because they have true R&B vocals. Out of 30 songs only a solid 9 is passable to purchase, which now makes sense why the album is priced the way it is. Next time have a listening party and your fans could have saved you the release of the other 21 songs. Please bring back real baby making music! I love you and will always support you! ❤️
