Wow. Honestly I’m at a loss for words for how amazing this album is... Gone West has a new fan in me.

The Sweetest Treat!!. It has been, what seems like CENTURIES, since I last LOVED every single song on an album. The lyrics, the melodies and the perfectly synergistic sound of their collective voices is truly sweet perfection! I say to you Gone West, don’t go too far west (lol) cuz up here in the north in Boston, we cannot live without that magic that is you and your music. I have been enduring a lot of really hard obstacles recently in my life and music is my savior in times like this. It can lift you up and transport you to places where your troubles are no more. It can elevate your joy or help you to get over heartbreak. If lifts you up when your down. Sheds light over darkness, calms raging storms. It gives you hope when all hope is lost. It gives you respite from your trials. It is very powerful! I so needed these words today in this very moment and I hope that it helps others too! Please keep making magical masterpieces such as this album and PLEASE don’t let a lot of time go between albums! Lastly, I cannot tell you how much I appreciate that this album is true country music. That seems to be getting lost these days with “new country” artists who, little by little, try to modernize it by adding styles and sounds that belong in other genres entirely. It takes the country out of country music. No offense to those artists, but I LOVE my country music and want the true heart of real country to stay country and last infinitely!! Kudos Gone West!!🙌🤟👏🎵🎶

Oh my heart!. I’ll definitely be listening on repeat! It’s very rare I’ll buy and love and entire album but this is the exception. Their voices together are like no others, and this album makes my heart so happy.

Didn't Expect This.... But I have to say this album is a surprisingly cohesive blend of all four of their styles. My favorite suprise was Justin's Hawaiian influence in the sounds. "Knew You"and "Tide" are really cool, unique new additions that really add a depth of flavor to the pop-country production. The Beautiful Hawaiian verse turned "Tides" into my personal new favorite. I'm not sure why... it just personally is touched me. The remake of Colbie's "I'm Never Getting Over You" is hauntingly beautiful... It'll circle around in your head over and over much like its lyrical sibling, "What Could Have Been" (which deserves #1 and surely would have been if a well known band like Little Big Town had done it). "Gamblin' Town" reminds me of Jason's "Portals" and is very much in line with his and Nelly's previous duo records (Check High Dive Heart). Maybe it's just me, but the sassy, energetic "Confett" reminds me a bit of Nelly's Jane Dear Girls sound. Quite a fun throwback if so. This album has so so much heart. It is alive. It isn't cookie cutter. But yet it is still sounds pop. That is a difficult line to balance. This one has zero skippers. Seriously, good job for making this! PS - been a Colbie stan for years and this is my favorite work of hers since Coco (with Malibu Sessions being close). The transition from Malibu to Canyons went over so well and so smooth. Bravo guys!

Great for the Summer. A fine mix of country, pop, classic rock and a dash of Hawaiian music. These melodies and harmonies are so fun and soothing.

What music was missing for soooo long!. Gone West might just be the best band right now - irrespective of genre. Colbie's voice is liquid gold, and the harmonies and acoustical accompanyment are second to none. The songwriting is just as amazing. THIS is what the industry has been missing for so long! Wishing Gone West all the very best!

Colbie Caillat is Perfection. Yes, I know this is a group album but I have been a Colbie fan since “Bubbly” way back when and even met her once at one of her shows. She is the nicest human! I love this album not solely because of her but because of all of their talent! I saw Jason and his wife Nelly on tour with Colbie and Justin before they became a band and thought they were incredible then too. I bought this album, and I never purchase on iTunes anymore, to support their new venture and I hope they are successful! Go, Gone West!!

Hit After Hit. One of the best country albums I’ve heard in a long time. The songwriting is brilliant, the tracks are full of great melodies, and the harmonies are on point. Some of my favorite tracks: Gone West, Slow Down, What Could’ve Been, When to Say Goodbye, and Talkin’ Bout You. When to Say Goodbye is a smash and has been on repeat since I first heard it.

Canyons—-Gone West. Just watched them for the first time on the television show, “The Talk,” and loved their performance. I immediately found their album Canyons on Apple iTunes and bought it. I listened to every note, while laying back in my recliner. Before I knew it every song had played. Great band! Great Music!

Incredible Album. I’m so surprised at how outstanding this album is. I really gave it a spin, it was not easy to digest but boy is it an incredible album. Go on a good hike and you’ll sink in. I’m in love and I’m not surprised honestly I think I was afraid to fall in love I know how good Reeves and Caillat is. It’s a perfect album for it’s time and it very relevant very beautiful.

Malibu meets Nashville—and the result is something you won’t know you’ve been missing until you hear it. This group has a gorgeous harmonic blend that will have your ears begging for another listen of these songs about heartbreak and life—with some light hearted tunes in the mix as well. All four in this group, individually, are talented singers/musicians. Together, however, they are something special. Whether you’ve “gone west”...north, south or east, you should have this bundle of tunes along for the ride! A+!!

Gone West Saved 2020. I’ve been waiting for this album for months since the Tides EP. It was everything I wanted and more. This music is so real and raw. One of the most moving but also uplifting albums I’ve ever listened to.

Refreshing. I have always enjoyed Colbie Callat's songs and perfomances. The combination of Colbie and the band just adds more flavors for a delicious serving of catchy melodies and harmonies. It’s a refreshing change from the repetitive drum loops, generic lyrics and overused Auto-Tune that saturates the charts these days.

A beautiful blend of country, pop, and summer vibes. The song writing, vocal harmonies and instrumentation are gold. Refreshing music in country music. It’s the soundtrack for the summer.

Perfection. This album has it all. Harmonies, brilliant writing, storytelling, outstanding imagery. There were songs that made me want to roll all my windows down and just cruise and then others that made me stop and really think and maybe shed a tear or two. Outstanding job.

Love The Whole Album!. Really not a weak song on the album. I’ve been playing it start to finish on a loop since the release. “Amazing” doesn’t properly describe how good the songwriting is.
