Love your voice ... But .... I just believe that todays wall of sound is brash and harsh to the human voice. The wall is flat and crushes your voice for the attention (the music doesn't back you up...it sits on your head)...Too Bad that the album sounds like robitron: without your softness building into BANG. Lots of catchy tunes, but I believe the producer didn't produce for you ....fire him...this album should have been legendery....maybe next time... All for the sake of a company buck. When she said she was going back to her roots, I was really imagining Thankful/Breakaway vibes, and Meaning Of Life is nothing like that. I can't enjoy this album with all her shout-singing. I want her tender voice BACK!!

Love soulful Kelly!. I love all of Kelly’s albums but this one has the most soul. I actually love every song on this album (with the exception of Go High). If you’re looking for her pop anthems like “Stronger” or “Since U Been Gone” , this is not what you’ll find on here. This is a different era of Kelly but still just as amazing!

This album is the “Meaning of Life”!. The title (of my review and the album) says it all. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 This is pop gold! First, it was “Breakaway”. Then, came “All I Ever Wanted” (you should check out the deluxe version; totally worth the money!). After that, “Stronger” came out (also worth checking out its deluxe version!). Finally, this album. We always think Kelly can’t beat her previous discography, but every time, she comes out on top. Kelly, we love you! SHE is far more than what we already knew.. Kelly Clarkson is and has always been an incredible powerhouse of talent. An artist who most of the world only knows by her radio hits and not the full albums and live covers in concert. Albums aside, you dont really know how talented she is until you hear her cover something live. I really assumed this new album was going to have that side of her. This is far much more than that. This album is passionate, meaningful, and she really gives it her all. I knew she had a voice, but damn. This girl is doing what she loves. Singing from her heart and her soul. NOTHING is holding her back. It's so clear.

10/10. I have been a fan since day and this album is what I have always wanted. It may not be big in radio, but this is about old school laying on the bed and just listneing and drifitng away. She sounds amazing. And that is why we love her. There is no else who can do what she can do. Who can what she does.

Is there a way I can give it more than 5 stars?!. Kelly and her fans have been waiting this album for 15 years. RCA has been holding her back all this time but with this record she proves them that she was right and that she didn't need them to be successful. This album is the first one she's ever made that is 100% her. There is no "filler" track and the whole thing is cohesive, full of passion, emotion, vulnerability and energy. Her best work yet! Thank you Atlantic Records for letting Kelly be free and create what she wanted. The result is outstanding. Totally worth the wait. I couldn't be more proud of her. She is in such a great place and it is nice to see her so happy. As for the songs, they're all perfect and it is hard, if not impossible to rank them. My personal favorites are "Didn't I" and "I Don't Think About You". The latter is a ballad about her split from her former label RCA and it will leave you in tears (get your tissues ready!) The whole album shows how great of a vocalist and amazing artist Kelly is. She sings from her heart and her soul like very few artists do nowadays. She doesn't need autotune to be good, her talent is more than enough and I hope people won't close their eyes on this. If they do, they're truly missing out on something! GO KELLY! You deserve all the success in the world! See you on tour 😊

Her Very Best To Date. “Meaning of Life” is Clarkson’s best album yet! I say that recognizing that “Breakaway” is a true pop gem, but this album elevates Clarkson into an entirely new stratosphere. The vocal control and delivery on this album are soulful, spectacular, and beautiful. What makes it particularly powerful is it’s complete departure from everything any of us came to expect from her. The album is a brilliant blend of pop, soul, and r&b wrapped into an impeccably produced package worthy of its leading vocalist’s talent. Particular highlights include lead single “Love So Soft,” as well as “Move You,” “Whole Lotta Woman,” “Medicine,” and “I Don’t Think About You.” Honestly, I cant recommend this album enough, both to long time Kelly Clarkson fans and those that may have never listened to one of her records before.

Move You. How great to hear a song with meaningful lyrics and the power vocals that are rarely heard these days. Love it. Looking forward to the album.

In my opinion she is at the same level with Adele. Meaning of Life it’s her the best album she even released and changing the label helped her a lot plus this support from Atlantic Records is just phenomenal!!! Kelly’s Best Release Yet!. I’ve been listening to this album non-stop since it came out a few months ago. I wish it had a deluxe edition because I love each and every one of the songs on here, but which is extremely rare. I can tell she enjoyed making this album more, and it translated into her vocals and the way each song sounds. Each one is different, too, and that makes for an exciting and varied album in and of itself. The instrumentals in these songs are absolutely amazing, combining classic soul and R&B chords and notes with a unique twist. She’s got one of the best voices in the industry, and she’s doing things with it on this album that most artists couldn’t do, and she makes it seem so easy! Anyone who enjoys classic soul queens like Aretha Franklin, or people like Mariah Carey and En Vogue will be in love with this album 100%.

A Modern Masterpiece. This is without doubt the best pop album of 2017. Nobody comes close to the vocal ability demonstrated on this album. Highlights: Medicine, Heat, Go High, Didn't I, I Don't Think About You, Meaning of Life and Slow Dance. Ok basically every song is great. Buy now!
