Nice collection for casual fans. This is obviously missing many of Dylans’ great performances, but let’s face it, no one album could ever do the man's career justice. If you’re just looking for the basics- the songs you already know and love- this one is pretty tough to beat and the price is certainly right.

52 Years ... and, still proudly listening.. I first bought a Bob Dylan album in August 1964 ... close enough to say I've listened to Dylan for 52 years. Back when most people thought he sounded like a hillbilly. Some wrongly thought he was a hippie. Bob Dylan has always beeen and will always be the one and only. No one even comes close to matching him for quanity or quality of song writing. Dylan's voice has changed over the years ... how could it not? It now has that raspy Leon Redbone quality to it. But, when all is said and done, it's really all about the words Dylan writes. If you just listen to his voice, you've missed the boat. Bon Voyage ...

THE MOST OVERRATED ARTIST IN HISTORY. Just saw in Rolling Stone Magazine ( a awful, ridiculous music publication) that they put Dylan as the #1 songwriter of all time! Think about the absurdity of that? You're telling me this guy has written a better quality of songs than McCartney, and Lennon?? Elton John, Page, Plant, Billy Joel?? I could go on for the next 10 paragraphs with better song writers. Don't get me wrong he's good, but in actual reality (something RS Magazine has never lived in) he shouldn't even be in the top 20!
