Delilah was robbed!. I have to agree with most of the other reviews...Afro Blue should have been sent home. There were parts of "Need you now" where all of us listening cringed. The judges have said before that they are too over the head of the general public. I say they are a one trick pony, they didn't even try. They knew it. THAT was why they were all crying. Yeah, Delilah had problems with consistency, but they were growing as a group and trying different stuff. (Personally, I think the crying girl in their intro put the nail in their coffin.) But, Afro Blue is Jazz, doesn't want to be anything else and should have gone home before now. What I REALLY want to know is when we are going to hear from North Shore again? They were really wonderful! They just couldn't grow anymore and that was why they were voted off. But I hope someone gives them a shot outside the show! When America gets a vote I'll bet Afro Blue is the first to go...And my money is on Pentatonix for the win.

2 words.... LOVE it! <3

unbelievable. I think that each of the groups have strengths that make them amazing in different ways. Each group, each week, finds a new way to change things up, and if you've never done this type of music, then you will never understand just how difficult it is. They each have had their moments of weakness or inconsistency, but I am sure the nerves and the demands are a great deal of the problem. Its one thing to be strong AFTER you win, but in trying to win, nerves are natural. All of that being said, their has only been one group that I have dropped my jaw over several times, and it was in reference to them NOT going home. First let me say, I am a fan of jazz music, but I am a fan of other genres as well. Listening to the other groups, they have taken their challenges and even when not familiar with the genre, they have come close and done well. Afro Blue has totally torn apart several songs, not just in trying to make everything jazz, but in arrangement in general. I was shocked when the lead singer of Delilah did such a stellar job on rock classics and got sent home. I say each time though that AB will be chosen to stay over the rest, only because the judges are sold on them. These groups and the audience are told that they must show versatility. that is why they give them different genres, AB has ONE. They each can put their "spin" on the tune to make it theirs, but it should be better or at best recognizable. The ONLY song that they did that I was impressed with was I Need You Now, and if they stuck to that process and showcased their voices, they would be good. The unfortunate thing is that really good groups that would sell CDs are being and will be sent home, they will be kept and you will not have the opportunity to vote for the ones you would have chosen. I think the voting should be turned over to the public or at least have an impact, at least from the top six. With the ones left if Pentatonix doesn't win for sure now, there is really something wrong!

Singing A Cappella Songs. If you've never tried singing or arranging an a cappella song (much less translating well-known songs for voices), then give it a try and then see what you think of these arrangements after that. Each group is bringing their own spin on these songs (Urban Method, Aires and Vocal Point are visually entertaining, Afro Blue's arrangements are top notch, Pentatonix can interpret anything and have it sound great, Delilah both sings and looks amazing)! Sure, you can pick apart different aspects, but the point of the show is to entertain an audience and these groups have done that. Enjoy the music!

Vocal point!!. I love vocal point!!! They are my favorite. I am so glad Delilah went home.... Now we just need to get Afro blue out of there and we'll be good!!
