Depressing?. 101 songs for 10 bucks is a good deal. Most of the songs are relaxing, slow tunes (as they should). But, IMHO; most of the songs are kinda depressing. Relaxing songs can have a more positive vibe/sound/tune to them. These are not too bad, but certainly not my cut of tea...

Great value. Not for sleeping!. Five stars for value. Five stars for the music quality. No stars for usefulness as a sleep aid. Several tracks have points in which my husband and I were awoken by. It's a very nice CD for relaxing to, but only if you're not planning on sleeping through the night.

100% Relaxation. Tons of songs to choose from. I put my favorites in a playlist and fall right to sleep.. Love this album.

Awesomesauce. 101 songs for under 10¢ each? Sweet deal. Another commenter mentioned that a few of the tracks have nature sounds in the background that give off a little too much "white noise". Track 7, Ave Maria, is a good example of what he is referring to. Here's how to fix that problem: right-click the song. select GET INFO click the OPTIONS tab set the EQUALIZER PRESET to "Deep" Only a few of the tracks have the white noise issue, so you certainly won't have to do this for every song; however, you can change the entire album at one time by highlighting all of the songs and then follow the steps above. Hope that helps. =)

GOOD FOR SLEEPING OR TRYING TO REALX. I got this with my girlfriend and we really enjoyed this while she would give me massages. Its very nice and puts you to sleep. I would of given it 5 stars if the would of had some Japanese Traditional music in there but they don't.
