Good deal but slightly disappointing. Yes, 24 hours of music for approximately $10 is a good bargain. While this collection is large and has some very good pieces in it, I was slightly disappointed with the amount of vocal work in it. Many pieces (or all, possibly) of "Messiah" are in this collection and the majority of them seem to be choral pieces. I was looking for INSTRUMENTAL-only, orchestral music. While there are quite a few instrumental-only pieces on here, there are far too many choral pieces for my taste. Overall, it's a bargain and has a fair selection of music; however, I'm disappointed with all the singing in this collection.

24 Hours of Classical Music. This a wonderful album, and a tremendous deal. Anyone who likes music will find a lot to like in this album. Thank you ITunes for making this collection available at such a great price. You, out there may never again see such an unbeatable musical offering.

24 Hours of Classical Music. If you want to add a wide variety of classical music in one collection, this is the CD for you--you would not be able to buy this individually for the price. Everything from the Brandenburg Concertos to the Messiah and lots in between. Great for listening to at work or studying! I am very impressed and would highly recommend to anyone.

Perhaps one of the best classical collection coup in music history. There I was searching for an iTunes essentials for classical music, lo and behold I found one that lists 316 individual pieces of $10. Not only is this brilliant but a very rare opportunity in music collection history. The sound quality is excellent, the musicians are excellent, the playlist is excellent though I do not recognize most of them. Still, 24 hours for slightly under a tenner! Were Beethoven alive he'd have compsed a sequel to the 9th Symphony and call it "The Ode to great classical music for less than $10 in X major." Simply brilliant.

Go for it. You are bound to find something new. For me it was John Dowland, Haydn's string quartets, Faure's Requiem, Dvorak's 9th symphony, Hildegard... Is this worth $10?
