they know how to do it. Although they can be a little to anti--any-type-of-social-order at times, they have mastered the art of making politically charged music. Too many times, so-called "underground" artists forget that you can have meaningful lyrics on charged beats and they put you to sleep with all of the slower/lackluster instrumentals. Even when it's put in its rawest/simplest essence with Dead Prez, you can still bang to it. I appreciate the work. These professionals have sacrificed neither lyrics nor beat, neither meaning nor head-nodding potential. They've also shown that they can speak about women without being disrespectful. Good going fellas! They know their craft. This is a must buy for anyone that understands the political overtones and doesn't say stupid stuff like "music and politics don't mix"... that's incorrect all the way back to ancient times.

Wow.. I have recently been getting away from rap music, but this album is absolutely phenomenal. It's songs like Warpath, Don't Hate My Grind, and NYPD that keep bringing me back. This album is loaded with tons of sick beats! I give Pulse Of The People five stars and it deserves every one of them.
