Greatest HITS. Let me first address the complainers: this is a greatest HITS album on which they compile the band's greatest chart hits. This explains the lack of earlier songs from S.C.I.E.N.C.E. Those songs weren't "hits". I'm not saying they weren't good songs, I love that album as much as any other Incubus album, but they didn't make the charts. Secondly, this is a solid release with an emphasis on the second disc. I love all of the B-Sides almost as much as the songs that made it onto the albums. Look Alive is one of their best songs overall, and other tracks like While All the Vultures Feed and Martini show their willingness to expand and explore. I admire Incubus' sophistication in their song writing and that their songs aren't all just I-IV-V standard pop songs. This is a great album to introduce new listeners to a great band and for fans to explore very substantial, previously unreleased material.

Very Good. It's great for someone who hasn't owned an Incubus album & wants to hear their new stuff too.

Lyrical Genius. So refreshing to hear good music that doesn't repeat in refrains and uses intelligence to get a personal feeling across.

Good, but I miss Morning View. I love Incubus. Always have. But their last album just...didn't feel right. Anna Molly was the only song that I could really enjoy. When I am enjoying this band, most of the time it's when I'm listening to Morning View or a Crow Left of Murder. To me, those albums are just better. I can listen to them and think that they're the best band in the world! The lyrics are meaningful and unique and when I hear pre-light grenades Incubus come on my iPod, I can't help but smile! That's not to say that I don't enjoy Incubus now-a-days, but Morning View has a special place in my heart. It just felt, right and looking back now, I don't know if Incubus can ever top it. The way Incubus sounded is what set them apart obviously. That oh-so-perfect combination of Rock (both melodic and heavy) and techno is when Incubus is at their best. I don't want to say that they're now a poppy band, but most of the their newer songs have meanings and themes that can be found anywhere. Anyway, if you like Incubus, you'll enjoy every song on here. It's a great compilation of one of the best bands on the past decade (that got no respect I might add!). I just wish I could enjoy all of it.

Some of the bones, but little of the meat. I have been a fan since Make Yourself, and have just about every song I can get a hold of. It's all great! However this "hits" album misses a few favorites and music from Fungus and SCIENCE. I would reccomend "Just a Phase," "Pantomime," "Hot Dancer," and "Favorite Things." This is only the tip of the iceberg, Incubus is great and I will always be a fan. Can't wait to fully listen to these new songs!
