Great Album - Underated Artist. The first Spoon song I ever heard was "They Never Got You", on "Gimme Fiction", since then I've been hooked on this band. The first song I bought from this album was "Don't Make Me a Target", which is really a quality song, and was a great way for Spoon to start off their album. Then I ended up buying "Finer Feelings", "You Got Yr. Cherry Bomb", and "Don't You Evah" before just deciding to click the complete album button, and just get it all. It was a really great buy. At first I didn't really like "The Ghost of You lingers", but it really is a good song, the same goes for "Eddie's Ragga", which has an interesting bass line. "My lil' Japanese Cigarette box", is really good, even though Britt Daniel only sings three verses, it really doesen't feel repetitive at all, and remains one my favorite songs from this album. "Black like Me is really a good way for them to end the album and to me has flashes of "The Rolling Stones", before the tempo change, and "The Beatles", with the almost swirling effect of the strings towards the end of the song. Even "Deep Clean (Bonus Track)" is a really nice composition of accoustic and electric guitar. Overall "You Got Yr. Cherry Bomb", "Don't You Evah", "Finer Feelings", and "Black Like Me" remain my favorites of the album, and I would say that anyone who enjoys Spoon's earlier albums will probably enjot these tracks. Overall this Album is really great and Spoon is a seriously underated artist.

Great Album. I heard good things about this album so I had high expectations when buying it. It somehow exceeded my expectaions. Most of the songs you wouldn't listen to by themselves, but when you listen to the whole album it sounds great. It really blends together which is a great feature that some albums lack. If you like Spoon or just indie music in general, this album is a necessity.
