Ummm.... First let me just say that I appreciate the fact that this money is all being donated to 9/11 causes and it's not just a bunch of artists wanting to make a quick buck or two. That being said, I don't love the song choices. I will applaud Mariah Carey, Celine Dion, and Mahalia Jackson on their songs. But the rest are uninspired and boring, some songs being old hits that were dusted off and added to the track list. A suggestion? Put Whitney Houston's version of the National Anthem and Nicole Scherzinger's version of America the Beautiful on the album. They are amazing, powerful, and a little more contemporary for the 2000s.

Dissappointing. I know this CD was for the 9/11 fund but with a title "God Bless America" I expected something mroe patriotic rather than cathartic. And could they have at least gotten an American to sing God Bless America? Hell, they should've used Kate Smith's rendition to a new generatin could be exposed to her beautiful version. And "Bridge Over Troubled Water?" Come on, they should've used Simon & Garfunkel's "America." A very disspointting CD.

Bruce Rocks!. The only possitive thing about this cd is that number one Bruce Springsteen Rocks! Two: The benifits went to the Twin Towers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
