best movie & soundtrack ever. i love this soundtrack! rachel totally got all the characters their own song that goes perfectly with them! & she made the movie so magical with her songs put in there! & i can't believe that she got johnny depp to play a little bit of guitar in some of the songs!! just all around awesome!!

Plain Amazing!!. This movie was released more than 8 years ago, and it still remains one of my most favorite soundtracks ever! Such whimsical, mysterious, and quizzical tunes make up the soundtracks, and it would definitely NOT be a waste of your money to buy it! Absolute thumbs up!

Among Portman's best. This is one of my favorite soundtracks! :) Magical and haunting, the "Chocolat" score is reminiscent of Rachel Portman's "Emma," but with more fairytale-like tones. It blends a few different musical styles which makes it unique and refreshing, unlike many of the "cookie cutter" scores that are found in movies today. My favorite tracks are "main titles," "passage of time," and "ashes to the wind/roux returns."

J'adore chocolat!. Chocolat is a fanastic movie! I was completely in love with the whole thing and the music made it 10xs better! All of the songs are fanastic and haunting! Johhny Depp is absolutely fabulous! This soundtrack is definately worth it!
