The Past Comes Alive. I LOVED this album and can remember listening to it on 8-track over and over and over again. Now I can just put it on repeat and do without the loud 'ker-chunk' of tracks changing on my 8-track player. I've had to sing 'The Phantom of Your Dreams' and 'The Music Will Not End' to myself for two decades now, but no more! This is not as well known as 'A Fifth of Beethoven' but it has its own rewards. If you remember concept albums and enjoy disco-lite give it a listen. You won't be disappointed.

The Past is Back Again. I had this album many years ago and then recorded it onto cassette. The music is based on classical music themes with vocals added and they still sound great. I always thought of this as the disco Phantom, but that doesn't take away from the great music. I'm so glad I found this album here. Thanks iTunes!

Takes me back!. Oh my gawwwwwdddd!!!! i have been looking for this for years too!!! I bought the record from a cut out bin for a dollar. It was one of those records that I would play so often it drive my parents crazy, although everyone I ever shared it with enjoyed it too. My friends would borrow it often and we would all spend saturday afternoons searching for additional copies until we all had one for our own collection. I actually boought a spare copy, just in case, which eventually got lost in a move, and I have never been able to find one to replace it since. I had only my memory to play the songs over and over in my head. (In addition to Phantom of your Dreams and The music will not end, Rescue Me was also a particular favorite.) What an amazing surprise to find again after all these years, many thanks Itunes!!! .....now if I can find all those Meco records! I had them all and miss them terribly.

OMG! The Best Ever. I Saved this album for 30 years, looked for it in CD format. Bought a USB turntable to copy it. Now Found a perfect way to keep it. Back then, loved the girl singer and researched her albums. Had to buy them internationaly from Australia. She was a disco singer, Rene Geyer. Loved her albums too. Can't get enough of Walter! hallelujah! Long live the King~!

Phantomanium. Guys did you know that he writes for Family Guy too? I saw the phantom of the opera play in 5 th grade and i was really impressed with the music! The vibrant intensity reflects in Family guy as well, especially in Road to Germany. I think it's cool to have this job writing for comidies, movies and plays
