My Queen of Pop!. I’m so saddened Namie decided to retire. Her songs bring me so much joy and lift my spirits. She’s my go-to artist for everything. I just love every song she releases. There’s a void only she can fill. Thankfully, she’s released a gigantic music library which I will never get tired of. All songs through “Tsuki (translate: Moon)” were re-recorded with new vocals and arrangements. A couple highlights on this album: “In Two” is an incredible max-volume club banger!! “Mint” has so much musical variety packed in a 3min song it’s unbelievable!! Note: This 3 disc greatest hits album does not include the singles from her previous album “Photogenic”: Stranger, Golden Touch, Fashionista, Birthday, B Who I Want 2 B. And only contains two of the singles from “Feel”, which is her best album in my opinion. So definitely check out those albums, if you haven’t already.
