Probably one of the more underrated artists of his time.. Original, new, and smooth like cream is how I would define Mac Demarco's album, Salad Days. Should you buy it? Yes. Should you love it. Yes.

Best Album of 2014. Hands down the best album of 2014. Every track is gold.

Best album of 2014. Mac Demarco is the future of rock and roll, and Salad Days is a slacker rock masterpiece with what seems like a very jazzy influence, knowing Mac could've easily made a profession as a guitarist in a jazz band, I'm very glad he bought the old guitar that makes this sound, and organized a way to be "passing out pieces" of him. I've made my best memories of 2014 attached to the songs of this album, and I can hardly wait for Mac's next project.

In love. His voice makes me wanna make art or change the world.

Great Indie Band. I never thought I would enjoy a modern day artist. Mac DeMarco proved me wrong. The songs are simple but have a great rhythm and message. Some synth and killer relaxed guitar licks really make this a great alternative "slacker rock" album. Worth every penny- every song is a jewel.

Best Album I've Heard in Awhile. at first I debated buying the full album and only bought a few songs. after listening to the 5 songs I bought, I had to go back and buy the rest of the album. wow such an easy-to-listen-to album, that is so chill and relaxing. I love it.

Actually Perfect. Oh man, this entire album is gold. I mean really, Mac has really outdone himself here. It's all so relaxing. At one point I was only a fan of Chamber of Reflection, I heard it being played a few times by my friend and enjoyed it. I thought, "hey maybe I should check this guy out", and boy am I glad I did. The entire album feels so sincere and relaxing, but the lyrics sound sad and make you really just kinda sit and think. Really great music to listen to when you're down or tired or just trying to relax.

Fantastic album. Mac is an incredible writer and this album just proves it. You don't need a certain theme for an album for it to be good. This song takes you from the upbeat "let her go" to the slow and steady "Chamber of Reflection" it's just great.

absolutely sublime. before i listened to mac demarco's music for the first time, i don't think i had ever listened to an entire album and truly enjoyed every single track on it. mac's music completely changed my views on music and is one of my favourite artists of all time. salad days, along with 2, are both amazing records. i'm still wondering why mac hasn't made it big yet. listen to him and be entranced xx

Great album, though somewhat repetitive at times. Lovely, summery album. Perfect for vibing in the garden or on the beach. My only critique is that some songs sound very similar to one another — the only ones that really stand out to me are “Brother” and “Chamber of Reflection”, which are my favorites on this album. Overall, a nice listen.

Salad Fingers. I love this album. I do wish it was a little longer, although the replay value is higher because it is such a short album. This is just chill music. It’s, like, super chill. Like “why is it so dark in here?” “‘Cause I’m just chill in with the music.” But doing that for the whole day until it turned into night. It’s that chill.

Absolutely phenomenal album. This is everything and more. Words can’t describe the feelings I get when listening to this album. It’s the perfect blend of modern music and early soft rock. I’m glad to say I’m a Mac Demarco fan now.

His best work. Although he keeps the same style as 2, he builds upon it in such a way that makes it feel so fresh. You can tell the Mac has grown from rock & roll night club. Every one of the songs on here are either perfect or nearly perfect. Sure this isn't suppose to pump you up, but it's meant to make you feel. Each song makes me feel in ways that I never thought I could feel. This is easily one of the best albums of the 2010's

Nice. Yeah I like the laid back, surfer style in this album. Sorta like smoking a joint with good friends on a beach with a bonfire in the later evening. Well at least that’s my fantasy.

Great Album. This album is fantastic!! There isn't one bad song on the album! Mac Demarco's Salad Days has such a laid back and lazy feel and it totally changed my perspective on alternative and psychedelic pop music!
