Amazing. @Brad Feige Actually only a few songs from the soundtrack were actually IN the movie and they were all in the credits. Anyway, Mike Shinoda is awesome in this as always.

Great score. Mike Shinoda puts on a different kind of spin on this piece of work when it comes to film scores. Not overpowering , but has a very nice balance. The movie looks really action packed and I hope to see it soon. Nice job Mike

Excellent Score. I was absolutely enthralled while listening to this score by Shinoda and Trapanese (who also worked with Daft Punk on the new Tron OST... great score, crap movie). It's moving, powerful, subtle when it needs to be. The only track that was really out of place in terms of relation to the film and the score was "Suicide Music" by Get Busy Committee. It was vulgar, repetitive, and particularly annoying. It had little to nothing to do with the premise of the film and felt like a random donation track. Razors.Out, as the only other track with lyrics, was by far a better fit and more fantastic in its inclusion on the album. All in all, this score deserves its 5 stars.

The Future of Linkin Park(?). Seriously, there doesn't seem to be anything that Mike Shinoda can't do! I have a feeling this soundtrack might be a preview of things to come in the new Linkin Park album due out this year.

Mike Shinoda does it again!. It always surprises me that Mike Shinoda can come up with such addicting music, kudos to Mike being his first full-length score for a film. The music goes really well with the movie too, it wasn't too distracting from the film, like it should be. I pre-ordered it immediately, can't wait to watch the movie again! Listening to all these tracks reminds me why I'm such a big Mike Shinoda fan, would love for Fort Minor to come back and really kill it out there again.

Unexpected.... I'm a little naive in the knowledge of this soundtrack, but, like many people, noticed Mike Shinoda on this! Yes, there is an LP album expected soon (hopefully), but I'm not sure this will tell us anything there is to say about LP's direction for their record. This is a soundtrack, where Mike and Joseph fit the style of music towards the movie they're making it for. Although it would be a nice result to see for an LP record, I'm waiting to see what really happens. Anyway, good soundtrack.

An actual soundtrack!. Thank you Mike Shinoda and Joseph Trapanese for creating a powerful and emotional soundtrack for a movie. Soundtracks should be done like this, not just a random list of pop radio tracks (I'm looking at you Hunger Games).

right on point.. If your familiar with Mike Shinoda's work then you will recognize the bits of sound detail in this score & soundtrack. Watching the film really brings this music to life even though listening to it on its own gives it justice.

Just WOW!!. The instrumentals are just out of this world. It's too difficult to describe. I always show love for Chino, but Mike and Joe just killed this whole thing. Simply amazing.

The Raid!. First off brilliant movie! The most pure action movie I've possibly ever seen. I was fortunate enough to see it at SXSW 2012 where both Shinoda & Trapanese were on hand for the Q&A afterwards. One of the things they harped on was how they knew the score is to help tell the story not to sick out by itself which is what they did extremely well in the film. I never once even noticed the score it just flowed smoothly into the story and production. As for the soundtrack itself, it is great to hear as when you watch the movie it is hidden but now I can hear it by itself and it sounds amazing as well. A great job by the two composers.
