crazy people. maybe the sound hasn't changed much but the lyrics are ever more profound...you guys that are saying they haven't changed or brought in something "new" I rather words of wisdom, encouragement, understanding etc. than a potential new pop song or just a different sound with empty words. I believe this is a great album on so many levels. crazy people, giving them only 1 star just because it doesn't have "new" sound...

A great band on a downslope. Oh boy where to begin. The Original Casting Crowns album was terrific. Songs like "Voice of Truth", "Who am I", "Here I Go Again", "Your Love is Extravegant" were all poetically genius. It was not overpowered vocals and instruments to match the cheesy Christian movies of the day. Don't sell out to the man Casting Crowns. You were one of the few bands that made me want to listen to Christian radio, and now you've become the very reason I don't like Christian radio with songs like "Courageous" and "Jesus Friend of Sinners". The lyrics are repetitive and the music is loud with very little style.

So True.... I love this whole album but the song Jesus Fiend of Sinners is one of favorite Christian songs ever written becuase it couldn't be more true...we as Christians must stop pointing fingers and simply be love all even the sinners...beacuse really we all are sinners.

What happened to Casting Crowns?. Lyrically strong at times but musically lacking. I understand that bands evolve but this is not the way to go guys.

Jesus Friend of Sinners. This band can reach even non-believers, simply because of songs like this. There was a time in my Christian walk where when something went wrong, it was always my fault and no one else's. But if Jesus says that I'm good enough, who am I to say otherwise? He saved me from myself, and He's done so much for Him. Some days it feels like all i am is a disappointment, and then I remember that we all make mistakes. It's easy for me to not judge others, but some days I don't see eye-to-eye with myself. I praise God that Jesus is a friend of sinners, cause otherwise, we'd all end up in Hell, where, if we're being honest, we know we deserve to end up there. But my home is being built. My Father is so rich, He owns cattle on a thousand hills. Thank you, Casting Crowns, for your encouragement in your music. Thank You, Jesus, for helping me to realize life isn't meant to be lived alone. When You surrounded me with good Christian people, that was a blessing beyond what I could ever have asked for. Even when I fell flat on my face, they showed me Your heart by stretching out a hand and helping me up. They prayed for me in my struggles, and I am so blessed to have those chains of shame and guilt broken by the power of the cross. I am in complete awe of You, Jesus.

An Absolute Blessing. This is such a blessing to own... You can feel the spirit in each song. My favorites are, Courageous, Jesus Friend of sinners, The well, and spirit wind. And the rest are still a MAJOR blessing to hear. Absolutely phenomenal!

good. good album. "Already There" sounds a lot like "Secrets" by OneRepublic.

Amazing!. This is Casting Crown's best album yet! I love listening to your songs: so uplifting! It is also a good thing to listen to before my softball games. It reminds me that God is in control of every situation and He is always with us! Keep it up, Casting Crowns! Amen!

Not for Christians. How come this sounds exactly like rock music? All they've done is stuck the name of Jesus into rock songs. This is NOT something a Christian should be listening to. (If you are wondering why I listened to it, it's because a friend asked my opinion about it, so I listened to parts of the songs.) we can't win the world if we listen to the same kind if stuff they do. We are supposed to be separated. Take the words away from this music, and it's still rock. The "Christian" words don't justify the beat. No lost person will see a need to come to Christ if we saved people are listening to music like this, because it's exactly what they listen to minus all the cussing and sex talk. Not impressed at all with this so called "Christian music".

Amazing!!. Casting Crowns is hands-down my favorite Christian band and this album made me love them even more! We chose 'Angel' to be one of our wedding songs. 'Wedding Day', 'Face Down' and 'The Well' are BEAUTIFUL, and 'Just Another Birthday' is so special. Still, 'Already There' quickly became my favorite off this album and definitely one of my favorite Casting Crowns songs. My husband and I saw them live when they began their Come to the Well Tour and they were FANTASTIC. I highly recommend this album, you're going to love it and God will touch your heart time and time again!

Awsome album from an awsome band!. The message here is pricless and with every album they release its always fresh and new and it encourages us to do good and spread that message into the lives of others. FANTASTIC!!!!

Excellent Performers Blessed By God. I saw casting crowns in concert with Matthew West this past May. I think they are great musicians and spiritual people. The lyrics to their songs have such strong messages. They know how to take scriptures from the bible and have the melodies playing repeatedly in your mind. They are also devoted to World Vision. The song Jesus friends of sinners needs to be played somewhere like the halftime show of the Super Bowl, so that millions can hear the message and turn to God.

Casting Crowns. This is my all time favorite Christian band. They are so inspirational, and true to god. This is what all music should sound like. The lead singer in casting Crowns isn't only inspirational and a crazy vocalist, but very loving. Music these days can be very... different. But this band has got it and I adore all their songs. I recommend this band to all Christian fellows who would like to hear some true Christian music.

Casting Crowns. Some very inspiring music, the best!

Amazing Album. Casting Crowns always does a great job with creating songs of true worship. I love how many of the songs allow me to see a piece of our mighty and complex God that I didn't think about before, and I believe that The Lord is truly glorified through this music. If a song is praising God how can it not be fit for Christian lips to sing?If we become focused on the instruments used and the beat, aren't we missing the point of what worship is to begin with?The greatest commandment is to love God, second is loving people. Don't enslave yourself in legalism when Christ came to set you free! Please please don't be a Pharisee! Be like Jesus for the unsaved around you!!

We serve an awesome God. We serve an awesome God who loves us and gave his son up for us and paid the ultimate price. We are redeemed by Jesus's grace. Only he could save us from our many sins. God loves us and wants to be close to us, like your best friend. I enjoy talking out loud to him in difficult situations and just walking 🚶‍♀️ knowing that he’s with me. He is with you too, if you accept him as your Lord and Savior.

Great reminder. Already There is definitely one of my favorites as it's a reminder of how God is already at the end of my life and he knows where I'm heading. 5 stars definitely!

Few good songs. Casting Crowns is pretty awesome but their songs start to all sound the same after a while. I knew I wasn't the only one who thought "Already There" sounds a lot like "Secrets" from another group (I've only heard it in passing--don't know who sings it). I do agree with another poster that some of their music is really rocky but they do have some very good songs!

AMAZING!!. This album is truly amazing! Strong lyrics based on biblical truth, beautiful vocals, it really is a touch of heaven on earth and leads you to worship our good and loving God and pour his love out on others. I love all the songs, but my favourites are: The well, Wedding day, Just another birthday, City on a hill, Courageous, Already there and Jesus friend of sinners - but they are all a blessing and have such a strong and vital message.
