Awesome. I love their music and this album

Glory Hallelujah!!. This album is a gem!! The sound of it is really cool and the lyrics are beautiful- its so good to be able to hear about Jesus's love in these songs especially with the passion that seems to be in the singers voice. Wonderful!!

What Happened???. Pieces Of The People We Love was great. This is just plain BORING. Ugh.

Love it!. The best song in this album was definetly Sail Away, for sure!

Mediocre. Would rather listen to LCD Soundsystem or anything else that is dance.. Not impressed with this band ..still

Some outstanding tracks.... some not-so great, I liked this album, it's an improvement from Pieces Of the People We Love but is not worth a listen track-to-track. The best songs are "How Deep Is Your Love?" and "It Takes Time To Be A Man".

Lulls you in.... The new album didn't strike me with its immediacy, but two spins later and I am hooked. Give it a listen, then another. Great stuff.

Listen a few times. This album is one that grows on you. Lyrics are great. The scaled back sound and strong lyrics are awesome.

Excellent. A welcome return to form. Obviously what matters is the music but this gets my vote for album cover of the new century.

AWSOME..... How in the world did I get to this, "this stuff"? Oh yeah, now I remember after downloading the FREE song singel from Michael K. something or other, lots of other letters in the last name. Anyhow, looked down at what other "Listeners Also Bought" & remember seein this could COVER & thought to myself, "that could be cool to listen to?" And ended up with this!! Oh my LORD, This is, is...run away, run far, far, away from! But if it's for you, more power to ya! "I'm no way....this "TECH-NO & Dance musice", person & this is in no whay shape or form my type of mucis!!!! A N Y W A Y.... Album cover!!! Looks back to the old boards in 60s, doing tricks on them. And watchin "Gidget on hers"! LOL ;) Last time I ever pick out a cd on the cover ALONE!!! (BIG LIE THERE!!!) :)

great album that displays band. In Grace of Your love, which is also a great track on this terrific album, demonstrates that the layoff was not for naught. this record has tracks to make you dance, How Deep is Your Love, to make you sing, Miss You, title track, Children. Plus it has soulful music and lyrics. As a rapture fan from the beginning, it took me a bit to warm to this album, but after the second or third listen, i was hooked. Now anything the songs come on in my mix my ears perk up.

Perfect. This album is amazing, You guys never fail me. Cant wait to see you live in October.

Awesome.. I just found this band after watching the show Misfits, (the theme song Echoes is by the Rapture), thank god I did! This band is truly amazing, and has a really cool sound. I bought the whole album, it's currently on repeat! I wish there was more music like this today:)

Fantastic.. Every track on this album is fantastic. People seem to misunderstand what this album is about. It's definitely not a straightforward dance/pop/indie album, and knowing the reasons for the album gives it a completely different tone. It's amazing how an album can be simultaneously upbeat with such dark lyrics. Definitely worth more than it costs!

Pleasant Departure. Another great album from a very under-rated band. This album is more melodic and a bit more toned down from previous efforts.

More Than Meets the Ear. This album is amazing!!! I have probably listened to it over 100 times in the past month. The beats are just right and the instrumentation is a genius. But most of all, the lyrics are deep, meaningful and profound!!! I find myself listening intently to every word while I jam and hop around to the dance beats!!! This album is like a treasure hunt,... Even the songs like Miss You and Roller Coaster, which weren't as intriguing at first, have little gems to be found! But every other song instantly pulled the strings of my soul. This is just what I needed for inspiration in this next season of life!!! With hope, passion and truth this album is More Than Meets the Ear! I have been a long time fan of The Rapture, since broken guitar strings, crunchy sound and shoddie equipment,... and i can say, " This album is The Truth." Check out "Come Back To Me" and "How deep Is Your Love...."

A Great Change. It's been so long but it's finally here! Hands down some of the raptures best work. Love the new sound, but the lyrics are what truly makes this album glorious. I love it.

strong work. this is a great album, possibly the best by the rapture so far. i think it is a higher quality than their previous albums. it has the same funky beats and dancy rhythms, but there is a maturity and soul to most of the album that i hadn't felt on their previous recordings. i guess having a kid can do that to a lead singer. thank you, thank you, thank you, guys, for making a stop in el paso on your tour. your shows are amazing and i am truly looking forward to the show.
