No, its NOT a kidzbop for teens. Glee is such an amazing cast, not to mention they have spectactular voices. I mean seriously.. some of those girls, you couldn't even hit that note if you tried for 3 years... singing is a gift that you either have or you don't. These people are amazing singers.

I'm sorry that I only look like another disappointed fan, but when a very popular source (in this case Glee) displays a song, they display it as a cheesy song, it will only show appeal to the wrong audience and make them think "hmm, My Chemical Romance is only another auto-tuned artist" I'm just frustrated. Glee. So I absolutely LOVE glee but this cd is just a tad disappointing. Maybe it's because the fourth one had such fantastic songs and it was nice to hear someone other than Rachel singing the whole time. Half this cd is awesome and the other half is just okay.

What. The. Heck.. Okay, I used to like Glee a little, but after I heard their version of My Chemical Romance's SING, i almost wanted to pull a Van Gough and cut my ears off. And no matter what people say, MCR IS NOT EMO!!! Glee did a really good job of turning an anti-pop anthem into an auto-tuned high-pitched piece of crap. Enough said.

Sorry MCR. Normal a total gleek, I have to say they had no business doing MCR's Sing. Nobody can do that.

Good, but Sing had me disappointed. The glee soundtracks are really amazing, they do a great job. However, I will always be disappointed in their version of Sing by My Chemical Romance. I'm not quite sure why, but I know one reason is because they can't truly capture the raw emotion and passion Gerard Way has when he sings it. It sounds too empty, like there's not enough meaning. Sorry, it sounds like I'm really ripping on them, but I do like the soundtracks. I'm just not feeling the emotion in some of their songs like there should be.

Give My Chemical Romance Sing back!. Ok I used to be a HUGE Glee fan, seriously my wall was covered in posters and I drove to OREGON to see the glee movie! I had a collection of albums I had the backpack and magazines and everything! A while ago I became a huge fan if MCR! I remembered when I used to still like Glee I heard the song Sing and hated it! Loving the originals.. Get It Right and Loser Like me are ace (and they're finally original to the series) - 5/5. Thriller / Heads Will Roll = insta 5/5. I'm also enjoying Gwyneth on Landslide and Do You Wanna Touch (Oh Yeah) - 4/5 for those. All Justin Bieber covers - 3.5/5 because...well it's the Biebs and we've all heard enough of his stuff overplayed on the radio. My Chemical Romance cover of 'Sing' = 5/5. They actually made it sound more like an anthem. Over all, great album.

Honestly?. Are some of you people HONESTLY saying that they can't sing? There is something wrong with your hearing if you are so blinded by your need to hate that you can't even tell if someone is a good singer or not. getting worse. now all the songs they sing has to have some meaning behind it for the person to sing it! and the last episode? i turned it off and vowed not to watch ever again! it's just about the grade 11's sex lives!!!! i mean no grade 11 is having that much sex in high school!!! it's getting completely ridiculus now and the songs are being ruined everytime because when u hear the original version u can't help but think of pubesant teens dancing and everyone knowing the words like that!!! i also don't understand how they have to raise money for a bus ride but can afford these elaborat stages and visual effects for practice every week!!!! and they never use any of the songs they sing in class for sectionals or regionals. it's starting to become a gossip girl/one tree hill with sining type thing!!! everyone i talk to agrees that it's just stupid now

Sounds Pretty Good!. Okay, haters I know they're not quite as amazing as the originals, but come on! Since when have you ever heard if someone singing a song significantly better than the artist who wrote the song himself? You need to look at the big picture, because personally it seems you all have pretty high standards. But anyways, overall I found it really great! In contrast to the other albums I will admit it wasn't the best but I am still able to listen to it and still be able to bop around and sing along!

GLEE, volume 5. Actually been a Gleek from the very beginning and, sadly, I must say that this album DOES NOT do it for me. My favorite song is not even on the album (the one that Kurt and the "boys choir" sang in the restaurant, on the Valentine's episode). Hoping that the "magic" is not gone... Only tracks that are "par" are "Don't you want me" and "Landslide". That's my opinion and I'm sticking to it!

AMAZING!. I seriously love Glee! I find the show and music really amazing. My favourite songs from this album are Somebody to Love, Sing, Loser Like Me and Thriller / Heads Will Roll. The cast of Glee are fresh and young and add some spunk to already good music. They just remake tunes into something creative and I know that a lot of people enjoy it.

meh.... Don't get me wrong, I think Glee is the AMAZING!! But this album seems to be weaker than the rest. Glee tends to bring back songs from the past and modernizes it, I like that. Another Regurgitation from Glee for the TV Generation. I liken Glee to Mini-pops for the TV Generation. The Majority of songs were great before they were ever butchered and regurgitated by these so called singers. I would challange all to listen to the lyrics and compair them to the origonals. Listening to the meanings and how the songs were ment to sound like.

Another great addition to the collection. Still loving these Volumes, so happy Gwyneth is back. Just disappointed with the original track, Loser Like Me. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying I dislike or hate it, it's just too High School Musical, very juvenile. I really expected something powerful and really exciting, this is just cute. To me, it's not Regionals worthy. I know I'm going to be blasted for saying all that.

hmm. I love Glee it's an amazing show but they need to have songs that match there singers voices. I mean Lea Michele has an amazing voice yes, but she does not need to sing every song! i was severlely dissapointed with "Need you know'" it's my favourite song and i was stoked to hear them using it. But i would of prefered to hear Santana or Quinn sing that song, Puck did okay he missed alot of notes i found that lef thim sounding a bit flat. But he did well seeing he was the closest voice besides Artie or Sam to sing that song. But i would still buy the album. Justin Beiber aside, it was a good cover for his crappy music. Gleek on!!!!

Better than the Originals. The Glee cast make the songs sound better than the originals and when they do mash ups of songs, they prob surprise the artists themselves on how good the songs sound together. A great example of sounding better than the original would be SING which is originally by Chemical Romance but hearing their version, i find no energy, very bland, when Glee sing it, you feel it, they turn it into a Anthem. They also scared alot of people when they said they were going to do originals not knowing how it would sound but they got it spot on. The writers behind the show are geniuses and the Glee cast are the only ones that make the magic happen. But the star of the show has shone through with Kurt singing Black Bird. Beautiful song from beautiful voice.

Love this album. Here is what my opinions and ratings are: Thriller/Heads Will Roll - 9/10. By far one of the best mash ups on Glee. Hard to beat 'Happy Days Are Here Again / Get Happy' and 'Walking on Sunshine / Halo' but is third best. Kevin makes a great Michael Jackson and Naya and the rest of the cast sound great too. This song is awesome! Need You Now - 10/10. Best song on the album next to 'Don't You Want Me' and 'Firework'. Love this song to bits. Lea and Mark made this duet great. Better than the original! They should do more country music on Glee, possibly even Taylor Swift. She's Not There - 9/10. Great vocals from all of them, mostly Cory. Awesome cover of this song. A real modern way of doing this song. Love it! Fat Bottomed Girls - 8/10. Great song. Just as good as Queen's version. This song has really good vocals from Mark. He should get more songs on Glee. Some people may ask why and to them I say that this song is why. P.Y.T. (Pretty Young Thing) - 8/10. Great remake of this song. Once again, Kevin makes a great MJ! Love this song. Didn't really make that much sense on the show, and why was Mike dancing with Artie? Otherwise great song. Firework - 10/10. OMG. Greatest Rachel so far!! This song has been my favourite song for ages. Lea Michele sounds just as great as Katy Perry. I would rate Katy's 10 aswell so Lea has done an impeccable job on this song. Well done!! Baby - 7/10. This song is OK. I don't really like Justin Bieber that much and his version would be rated 5 out of 10. Given an extra mark because it sounds a lot better than JB's and another extra mark because Chord Overstreet sung it. If someone like Mark Salling or Cory Monteith sung it, it would be awful. Sorry, just don't think it's in their vocals. Somebody to Love - 7/10. Better than original. Sounds OK just never have liked any JB songs before so hard to like this one but is actually listenable (if that's even a word). Take Me Or Leave Me - 8/10. Great duet to listen to. Love Lea and Amber's vocals together. They sound amazing in this song especially when Amber belts those notes. Sing - 9/10. Awesome job to Lea and Cory. Strange how on the show they say Sue sings this song, when in actual fact the only involvement in her part is dancing to it. Weird?! Anyway, love this song. Also love the Glee Project version but this version still remains above the Project version. Don't You Want Me - 10/10. OMG. I am mind blown with this song. Love Darren's collaboration with Lea. Fortunately Blaine joins New Directions in Season 3, meaning he could possibly have more duets with Rachel. They don't have to be love duets just a duet. They are my two favourite characters on the show, and in my opinion have the two best voices in the universe! Strange how Lea has three duets in a row, all with different partners. Do You Wanna Touch Me (Yeah) - 8/10. This song is OK just a little weird for me. Gwyneth has an awesome voice but I'm not sure this song suits her. Kiss - 8/10. Great song. Love how they change the gender of who's singing it, and make it seem normal. It's great. Think Will could have sung a big more in this song. That happens in pretty much all his duets. Landslide - 6/10. Love the storyline behind this song but absolutely hate this song. I'm sorry but I've never liked Fleetwood Mac. Worst song on the album. Even Gwyneth, Heather and Naya can't save it with their almighty powerful voices. Get It Right - 9/10. Awesome song. Thanks Glee for doing original songs. Loved them all so far (except As Long As You're There). This is a great origin song. Loser Like Me - 10/10. Best original song so far, although Light up the World isn't that far behind. Also Pretending. Love this song so much and can relate to this song so much because I feel like everything they sing in this awesome song. I love this song soooooooooo much. Long live glee original songs. There you have it. Can't wait for Season 3 now!!

AHHH!!!!. Like last week I downloaded the album. And one second ago I went go listen to it and it just kept skipping ALL the songs. Now I've gone absolutely mad!!!

Best Glee Album so far!!. This album to my opinion is the best so far from Glee! The songs are a good variety and not old cheesy songs like from Glee Volume 1 and 2. I really liked how they finally wrote their own original songs like Loser Like Me that was an awesome song. I was happy when I realised that it was a different character singing a song everytime. Not like in the previous Glee albums always Rachel having to be the one singing. I'm a gleek and when I saw this album released here in Australia I was happy and couldn't wait to get the album!!

I love everything GLEE!!!. I just watched the regionals episode tonight and I absolutely loved "loser like me" and "get it right" but I loved last weeks episode about Brittany and Santana and when they sung "landslide" together, which made me cry! So I an most defiantly buying this album!!! 5 stars from me XD!
