great. great album with good variety but could switch it up a bit more. all the soungs sound the same to me. also, i think his voice sounds great when complementing a rapper, so this album couldve used more guest stars in it. other than that, a quality buy.

Incredible. The beauty of his music and sound is that it takes all that we loved about the music of yesterday and combines it with what is successful nowadays. That's what makes a classic. This album will be timely, forever. It's always relaxing to sit back and listen to this guy. He's the man. He's the lady killer. He's the pimp for god sakes!!! Buy this album. He deserves it. After his hard work to reach the top, give him his due. I have been listening to him for a long time, back when he was with Goodie Mob, and then Gnarls Barkley, and finally with his solo album. He's a vocal genius. All tribute goes to Lo. I listen to him everyday on my phone. He drives me. Much love.

4 Great Music. Cee Lo's latest work is the most robust. What is the recipe for his success you might ask? Take a pinch of soul, a bit of R&B, add in some Motown background vocals and cover it with a large dose of funk rap hip and hop. This artist sings an old martial arts song called Kung Fu Fighting as a sound track for a Panda movie and wins a Grammy for "Crazy" with Danger Mouse. Rolling Stone called "Crazy" the greatest song of the decade. Let's see what great things the reviewers have to say about this release. Clearly, this release is the bomb. If you are new to Cee Lo's work you may like his CD titled Cee Lo Green is a Soul Machine. His next album should be titled Cee Lo Green is a hit machine!

OLD FASHIONED is a killer track today. and it could've been a killer track in the 50s or 60s. If you only buy one track in this economy, old fashioned is the song that everyone needs in their ipod.

WoW. I got the original version of Forget You because I usually do not like the sanitized versions of songs but this was great too. I like many of the other songs on the album too...I was resistant to listening to him because he seemed too trendy but what a talented guy. Forget You makes me want to get up and just dance. This album harkens back to old time R & B but still has a fresh sound.

He does it again!. Man, what a talented artist! I am totally diggin' Bright Lights Bigger City! Kind of reminds me of the late, great Michael Jackson's, Billy Jean. Awesome!

Go Green. At a time when half the songs on the radio sound the same (autotuned singer + rapper is choice du jour) this album is a literal breath of fresh air. Standout tracks for me are It's OK, Cry Baby and Bright Lights Bigger City (which literally sounds as epic as a big city). The songs are joyous, sexy, brooding. Green's vocals are genius (again, rather than wanting to sound like a computer he explores a range of different colours with his voice). I'm an in awe of this man's talent. I've been disillusioned with a lot of new music lately - especially pop and R&B where everyone appears to be in a rush to sound exactly the same. Thank god for this record.

Suprisingly awesome!!. I DONT USUALLY LISTEN TO CEE LO, BUT HE'S GOT THIS OLD SCHOOL FEEL THAT I LOVE!! ESPECIALLY "FORGET YOU" WITH THE BACKGROUND SINGERS JUST SCREAMS OLD SCHOOL :) SURPRISINGLY AWESOME!!!

too many glee fans. The guy can sing the album is awesome all you glee fans are blinded by an entire chorus over a real singer

Album of the year!!!!. This album is amazing! So refreshing to hear real music with originality! Best album I have heard in such a long time! I love it!!!! Can't get the songs out of my head & can't stop listening to it. One of the most underrated singers!!!

Pretty Good. I Reallly like Forget you, but I prefer the Glee Cast version better, Cee Lo Green ISN'T THAT GOOD at singing

eh. forget u is awesomeness and cry baby is okay, but his voice is so strange that i am having problems standing it!

Bring N the NEW YEAR W/A Classic. I was first introduced to Cee lo when he was with the GOODY MOB. This CD is what is missing in every song that is out today in R&B, Originality! 5 Star CD. If you can't appriciate this CD...., Kill Yourself!!

CEE LO BABY!. I LUV FORGET YOU AND THE VIDEO IS HILARIOUS. ALL THE SONGS ARE WORTH THE MONEY! BUY CEE LO! (: :(:)

Fool For You the duet. Fool for You is the bomb, but where is the version with Melanie Fiona? The first time I heard this song on the radio it was a duet. Such a cool version but unavailable on iTunes? I'm mad at that!

Finally!!!!!!!!!!!. Finally something you can listen to! The Remix to F**k you is awesome! He really shows out on this album. His best work yet! He captures the old school feel without sacrificing the edge of todays music. A real gem! The whole album is good from start to finish! A must buy! One of the most unique voices of our time!

STOP SINGING!. Cee lo can't sing! The glee version of forget you waz sooooo much better!

Cee lo green!!!!!!!!. The lesson learned in the video is if u b mean something bad will happen

Luv. Luv, luv, luv Fool For You. Good music.

This brutha's the truth. It's hard to do your own thing when most people only respond to their "comfort zony" material...it's even harder to do it as well as Mr. Green does.

Dee Luxe Cee Lo. This album is a fantastic collection of soul jams, which would sound just as right on the radio of 1972 as it does today. It's as if Al Green were somehow gene-spliced with the O'Jays and sealed in a time capsule for nearly forty years. I especially appreciate the availability of this clean edition, so I can crank up "Forget You," sparing me the awkward need to explain to my kids why it's okay for daddy to be happily singing "F**k You." (And you just can't help but sing along with that insidiously catchy song! "Ain't that some sh...") Cee Lo's got the vocal pipes and the phat production to give us a collection of songs for the ages. Oh, and "Scarlet Fever" all by itself is worth the few extra bucks for the Deluxe Edition (plus, you get the video, which is a sweet little bonus).

Top album. Aweome songs n great album da
