Rapture of the Deep by Deep Purple

Rapture Of The Deep is the 18th studio album by Deep Purple. It was recorded and released in 2005. A tour edition followed some months later with a bonus CD containing live tracks and session left-outs. The band embarked on a lenghty, multiple-leg tour, during which they played many of the album's tracks and even the left-outs, such as "Things I Never Said" and "The Well-Dressed Guitar". These two tracks, along with the title track are still in the band's setlist as of 2010. The title track became a kind of a live favourite among fans. The album was generally praised by fans and reviewers, reaching top40 in some European countries, e.g. #10 in Germany and #11 in Finland.
