Al's Best?. This is one of Al's best work. I remember buying this on cassette when it came out in 1988. Have a lot of fond memories listening to it. My other favourite is his album "Polka Party".

Weird al. Awsome โ—โ•โ—โ•โ—

ONE OF HIS BEST!!!!. This album has all my favorites: Fat, Six Words Long, Lasagna, And I Think I'm A Clone Now. Weird Al if you ever read this I love your music more than any other 11 year old ever ; D (Yes, I'm eleven)

Genius. Weird Al is a comedy genius. He is the best comedian I know. He Rocks. Love "Fat".

Good King o Parody. This alblum is good fat and lasagna good songs. Yup, good songs

Idiots. "don't make fun of mj he's just DIED." well my friends, this was made 20 YEARS before he died, and you probably didn't care then did you.

Cause Iโ€™m fat. I got more chins than Chinatown

look at the release date and quit crying. yeah michael just died but he released this album in 1988 so why does it matter? anyways good album

CopyCat. You mr. Copied Michael Jackson's BAD album! (Super mad!๐Ÿ˜ก Michael was AMAZING!)

Really really really fat. Or should I say phat?

One of my favorites!!. Even funnier he parodied a song and album cover of my other favorite musician, Michael Jackson!! :D Speaking of, this album was made in 1987, waaay before Michael died. And Michael loved it, and he even donated the set for the video. And besides, Al even asked first. So calm down!!! This is a hillarious album by the King Of Comedy!! Buy it!!!

NO NO NO NO NO!. 1.it made mindless people like you go crazy because fat is is a big no, and his song in this made out of mumbo gumbo, I HATE YOU WERID ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL.

My Review of Fat. I think this song is laugh-so-hard-you-fall-off-your-chair-funny, but I think this song could be very hurtful to those who do happen to be overweight, so that's why I give Fat 4 stars instead of 5.

I love it. My friend says that weird al is making fun of the song artist but I said they gave him permission to sing the song! Like what!?!? But my favorite song so far had to be eat it!!!!!

Great. I love Michael Jacksons music and everything about it people please chill out Al Yankovic made this in the late 80's Michael loved it! So do I Jackson even let Yankovic use the Bad set. So chill out.

Yo b&n. Hey if you read the album info this was released in 1988.

Ok Everyone..... HE IS NOT "MAKING FUN" OF MICHAEL JACKSON!!!! This was made in 1988!!! 20 years before his death! He was actually good friends with Michael and he actually let him use the "Bad" set of the "Fat" video. Ok so please just shut up about that! Weird al is amazingly awsome! :D So is Michael! (R.I.P)

LAUGH OUT LOUD!!!! ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚. Fat is HILARIOUS!!!!

bbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy. see above

To the idiots defending Michael Jackson. Yes, Michael Jackson just died. Yes, its sad. But in case you have your times wrong, Jackson died in 2009. This was made in 1988. I dont know about you, but something tells me Weird Al wasnt writing a song making fun of a dead guy. I mean, its certainly possible Weird Al made this album purely for the sake of everyone overreacting when Michael Jackson died, or maybe Michael Jackson made his music, and Weird Al made his music, and its unfortunate that Michael Jackson died before his time. Yeah, I agree with the latter.

Awesome. A friend of mine at school told me about Wierd Al Yankovic. I want on him and I found that he's a superb artist!!!!!!! Go, Wierd Al Yankovic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

To the lamers about MJ. Because MJ died, you would take this music off iTunes? Thank god you're not in charge. WAY music was as popular then as it is now. I came back to find some classics that I couldn't convert. I had this album on cassette tape.

Fav Songs. Mine is to me is all of them

How does he do that voice in lasagna?. It acually sounds like he's from italy!

Pjs. Hahahahah ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿคฉ๐Ÿคฉ๐ŸคฉI love it more than any other song ever in all of the universe of all time forever and ever

Stupid Haters. King of Pop died in 2009. This album is from 1988, stupid. Each line is six words long.

I think I'm a clone now. That reminds me of the star wars clone wars =D

=). i like weird al

Bad!. Only like fat

READ THE REVIEW IF YOU WANT TO KNOW WHAT IT SAYS!. This review's just six words long.

Rotund is fun. Let's face it: Ben and Jerry finds it's way into our freezer. And that is not with it or hip and no, we abhor the whispers of he hurt lookin. But I get Weird Al. Fat the song glorify an excessive life and for that reason we should all rejoice.

My first Weird Al Cassette. I was like 7 and I loved this album. This is such a great album, brings back fun childhood memories :)

Hidden Oingo Boingo Gem. I love this album, but what caught me by surprise was "You Make Me", which it turns out is actually a sneaky Oingo Boingo song-style parody. Weird Al has been a big fan of the band since their Mystic Knights of the Oingo Boingo days back in the mid-70s, so it's really neat to hear his humorous take on their unique musical style.

Friends. Al and Micheal were actuly good friends

One of Al's best albums.. As usual, the song parodies are brilliant, especially Fat, but this is one Weird Al album where his original tunes may be better than his parodies. 'Stuck In A Closet With Vanna White has great music to go along with it's hilarious lyrics, which deal with a series of strange dreams which always ends with Al being 'stuck in a closet with Vanna White'. Musically, it's a brilliant parody of 80's metal. 'The Good Old Days' is an acoustic folky, James Taylor like song, whose lyrics get more twisted at the end of each verse. Overall, a great album!

Lolololololololololol. Iโ€™m laughing so hard on the floor in tears help me!

Even Worse is a Misleading Title.. After the comercial failure of Al's fourth album, Al needed to find what would keep his career alive with the times. Al discovered "Bad" and coupled it with what we now know as one of the most hilarious (and best) parodies of Michael Jackson. Overall, this album is what allowed Al to continue his career into the 90's and beyond. I loved this album. There's so many great original tracks as well as the parodies. Honestly, I prefer seeing the live version of "Fat" over listening to the studio version, but this album has some of his best material. "Stuck in a Closet With Vanna White" is the second track of the album, and it is probably the most lyrically wacky song on the album, giving the listener an idea of what is to come. Third is the "Got My Mind Set On You" parody, which is really just a play on how repetitive and unimaginative the original is, but it's still very funny. Fourth is my personal favorite, "You Make Me." It is inspired by the band "Oingo Boingo" and is one of Al's most straight-forward love songs. I could not get over how everything about this song just sounded so right. The ridiculous lyrics and the instrumental sound are just SPOT-ON imagery of Oingo Boingo and I love it. Fifth is "I Think I'm A Clone Now," a parody of cover of a song from the 60's (?). The quality of that song is debatable, but the theme of the parody and the lyrics really make it. "Lasagna" is a parody of "La Bamba," where Al turns the culture of the original song upside-down and sings about Italian foods. "Melanie" is one of Al's greatest original twisted love songs ever. "Alimony" is the return to parody on the album, where the character discusses the subject through Billy Idol's sound. "Velvet Elvis" and "Twister" are perhaps the weaker tracks on the album in terms of humor, but are completely made up their musical emulations. "Good Old Days" is the album closer. A James Taylor song describing his younger life experiences. I'll leave figuring out how that's funny to you... but after the first verse or so, you should get it. Overall, this album only really has a couple of weak tracks, and being one of his two albums without a polka, it still holds as a great collection of late-80's musical influence.
