What The Hell?. If lyrics aren't meant to be listened to, then what's the point of the rapper? Shouldn't the producers just talk over the beat and make all the money? Rapping should focus more on lyrics so posers like Paul Wall don't get all their money from the talents of the producers and their pre-school grammar level of rhyming.

It's tight. Don't judge this album simply because you dont enjoy the genre (or subgenre in this case). If you dig the dirty south/crunk scene then this album fits the bill - the deep bass tracks were meant to be played on woofers no less that 12". If your looking for some tight beats to cruise to then this album will not dissapoint. My fav tracks - 2, 4, 11

Don't Hate. No one out there debates if Paul Wall is one of the better lyrists out there. If you're looking for some one who raps about something with meaning, you're checking out the album. Go check out artist like Chamillionaire, Common (Common Sense), or Lupe Fiasco. Paul Wall and most of the southern rap isn't meant for headphones. You need some bump to feel this music. If you do, then this is a great album to showcase your system. The production is very crisp. Paul Wall's album hits very hard.

I'm not much of a hip-hop rap fan, BUT.... Paul Wall is great! I first heard him on Howard Stern's show and thought that he was not only talented, but hysterical! If you ever get a chance to listen to him speak, you will definitely laugh. He's much different than his music. And speaking of, not bad for a white boy!
