One of SHAKIRA'S best masterpieces!!. this is a complete must have. with monster hits such as "la tortura", "no" and "hips don't lie". plus other greats songs. this cd's are a true masterpiece with genres such as rock, pop, bossa nova, shaketon, ballads, soul, funky, disco, romantic etc..... her lyrics once again are amazing and very truthful. this is a truly excellent combination of songs in two albums. the best of 05, 06 & 07. shakira you have done it once again. One word: AMAZING!. I love Shakira, and I love Oral Fixation Vols. 1 & 2. I prefer Vol. 1, but they are both great! My favorite song in this album is Dia de Enero.

AWESOME!. My favorite song is la Tortura!! It's the beat song in my opinion that Shakira has ever done!!(: I can't get enough of it!!*-* I think she should make more like that! And in the music video BP threw her in the water!! Haha!! The album is great too!!

Shakira is amazing. I had come across Loca a year ago. I bought it, curious. I do not speak any spanish, but after buying Sale El Sol I was hooked. I am now attempting to learn spanish just so i may understand what Shakira's beautiful voice is saying <3 I LOVE SHAKIRA!!

Unspeakably genius!. Shakira blends Latin-American dance with American Pop so well. Most attmepts at this by other artists fall flat: sugar in an oil tank. But Shakira was able to pull it off. There aren't too many who are able to do that...this is a great album. I especially reccomend "La Tortura", both the video and the song.

The best of Shakira, ever!. Shakira shows much range in this album, from Latino, Pop, Dance, and even Rock flavored music. With songs like "Timor" a dance-like song which takes a shot at the huge media coverage of celebrities, "Don't Bother" a rock orientated break-up song, or "Hips Don't Lie" which just celebrates boothy shaking, people will find something to love!

Original, Poetic Prose. Shakira's music may be catchy with songs like, "La Tortura", and, "Hips Don't Lie", but her true talents lie in her unique reflections of life. At times, they reflect a tortured soul, a broken heart, a longing for love. I already have all these songs.. Are some new songs are this cd? If not, It's a waste of money to buy this cd if you bought her cd's when they first came out (which was awhile ago). What's the point of putting all her songs on one cd now? Love her music though.

Great album. This is the great compilation of her songs and it's great to have the spanish and english songs together with 8 great videos for such a great price. On the other side, you could be interested in this album only if you already don't own the previous ones.

Simply The Best. When I listen to Shakira's songs, it seems at times that I hear not only her voice but her honest heart. I feel her pain! She makes me cry literally! No other singer has ever had that effect on me. And that's given that her songs seem to be fast for me. Her diction is just perfect. Even if the songs are in Spanish which I know so little of, I still enjoy them. So mesmerizing! Maybe I really could say I love these songs to the most honest definition of love. Five-star rating here is so well deserved, meaning, completely satisfying.

Brilliant!. First of all if you bought each individual song and video (including the "album onlys") it would come to $40.67 and this is only $17.99. Second of all I bought Vol.1 and 2 separately when they first came out and I still bought this because it has new songs that weren't included with the originals, includes amazing videos, and is a great deal. She continues to create unique and catchy music that I can't get enough of. Great if you don't have the originals and an even sweeter deal if you are buying them for the first time with this collection.

Great but.... Two great albums but why no iTunes Plus version? Is it on the way? Or am I going to have to waste the gas to drive to one of the few music retailers left and purchase the CD so I can have DRM free copies. Honestly people we're suppose to be conserving, and not wasting. Put up an DRM free version so I don't have to burn the gas to drive to a store to purchase a hard copy which had to be shipped in a truck that also burns fossil fuel. :)

Definately the Oral Fixation. Shakira is a very talented artist, she has beautiful lyrics and strong meaning behind all her music. Among the best are Don't Bother, Las de la Intuicion, No, Timor, etc. Shakira is definately going to be around for a long time not only because of her words, but her strong voice. Her music is so avante garde, so different its created a sensation in your mind that is beyond all others.

Doesn't Make Sense. I don't understand why they put together two albums. If people were fans of Shakira, they would of most likely bought these albums already. I guess it is a good buy for people who want to start listening to Shakira, so some people this could be considered a good buy. It also wouldn't make sense to buy these albums because half and them are Spanish, and half of them are English. Most people aren't fluent in English and Spanish, but if you are, then this would also be a good buy for you. This is just a review, and it is a just an opinion, so don't just listen to this.

Shakira caresses the lyrics. I don't speak a word of Spanish, or Puerto Rican, or whatever Shakira's native language may be. I haven't yet heard anything she sings in English. But I know that her voice is a pure instrument, and I *did* see her sing on SNL, and I know that it is a singular moment to *see* her sing. I am dowloading Oral Fixation 1 & 2 as I write this, and I'm swimming in bliss to the sound of her voice. This is what singing is for. Music arises from her heart and her breath, it is caressed by her throat and lips and tongue, and it enters into your ear...
