Good, but...... Had the original album since the 70s, the new mix sounds good but the demos are kind of pointless ( do we need a demo of Dancin w Mr D?) the good stuff is the live portion from 73’, the mix is good but WAY too much Billy Preston. Keiths guitar sounds like he used a trash can for a speaker and Taylor’s guitar sounds like it was played thru a kazoo. Granted Taylor’s playing is awesome as always. Ladies & Gentleman is way better and the best live Stones around

One of the best!. I agree with another review that the Mick Taylor era was the most fertile. Sure, Brian Jones played on a lot of the classics, but MT's contributions should be celebrated. This new release only proves that. Glad that they put this out there for all the fans. Kind of like the rerelease of Some Girls.

Underrated. I was a sophomore in high school when this dropped and it was in constant rotation until I graduated. The Mick Taylor Stones were the best Stones and this is at least part of the evidence. Too bad that The Glimmer Twins egos could ultimately find no place for him cuz they’ve pretty much sucked since. But this repackaging, remastering and additional goodies (Scarlet w/ Jimmy Page; just WOW)is awesome

Eww. The cover is a girl committing suicide by suffocating herself in a plastic bag!! Ending a life isn’t a joke!! If you like this album you are SICK!! I will recommend this to my friends. Recommend to GAG AT!!

A treasure. I’ve been listening to the Stones since I was in the womb...let’s say 40 years. I own every album, I know their songs like a champ and appreciate the depth of their work as well as life behind the music that gives us such great music. Goats 2020 is a combination of newly mastered originals, demos, some rare gems and they put the Brussels Affair out finally - a live masterpiece that really gets up close to what they sounded like live years ago, that energy is amazing. A welcome album. Thanks Mick, Keith, Charlie, Ronnie, Darryl, Mick Taylor, Bill Wyman, Bobby Keys (RIP) Jimmy Miller (RIP), Nicky Hopkins (RIP), Billy Preston (RIP), and many others.

Excellent Remix!. The audio quality of this remix is outstanding. IMO, the best quality of any of the Stones remixes/remasters. I was very disappointed in sound quality the recent remixes of Beggar’s Banquet and Let It Bleed. I wish they would’ve let Giles Martin have a go at remixing these classic albums.

Great album from the greatest rock and roll band of all time. Song Criss cross is another great jam and treat released to us from The Rolling Stones. They are a band that keeps themselves relevant since 1962. Many great classic stones songs are on this album from Angie to Heartbreaker to Dancing with Mr.D. Thank you god for The Rolling Stones!!!

3 Unheard Tracks?. Goat's is a great album. There are so many more outtakes that could have been included. Also, this concert was already released as an archive show a few years ago. Come on guys.

yeah, but.... Is this the Stones' most adult-oriented-soft-rock album? Are they channeling Doctor John on "Dancing With Mr. D?" Not their greatest, but nice remastering and the out takes are cool to hear. I am disappointed that the version of "Tumbling Dice" from the shows in Brussells is not the one on bootleg releases of the King Biscuit radio broadcast. One day, I hope...

Classic. Overshadowed only by the greatest rock n' roll back to back album sequence. GHS it's a killer.

Great set from the Mick Taylor period. GHS was not a favorite Stones effort by a long shot but the live cuts from this reissue offer a glimpse of what a great band they were in the Mick Taylor period. Listening to Tumbling Dice or Midnight Rambler on good headphones is almost a VR experience. When Taylor and Richards were in sync it was as good as guitar rock got. Looking forward to what else is in the vault!

Defective. Numerous songs on the album will play on my iPhone, but won't play on my PC. When I try to play them on my PC, Itunes tells me to authorize my computer. After doing so, iTunes messages that my computer is already authorized.. So apparently iTunes has a download issue with this LP. I have asked for a full refund as iTunes couldn't provide the product as advertised. i have encountered this problem before with iTunes on my PC and or iPhone. ITS GETTING OLD.

Criss Cross & Brussels Live. I have the CD box set. Worth it? Oh yeah! But this is iTunes, so I’ll stick to the format at hand...The outtakes and alternative versions aren’t all stellar but the ones that are...pure magic. The “Dancing With Mr. D” instrumental is a completely different take on the tune. Amazing. The much touted “Criss Cross” is so good it astounds me this was never included on an official release. It pulses, grinds and boogies with the Best Stones Songs Ever. “Scarlet”...it’s interesting to hear Jimmy Page in the context of the Stones universe. But that’s about all it is. Then there’s the live album. Brussels is a document of the world’s greatest rock band in top form. And when I say that, I mean MICK F’n TAYLOR. His leads were and are one of the greatest contributions to rock music...ever. And it’s all here live. My favorite version of “You Can’t Always Get What You Want” Brussels Live. And the live version of “Mr D” blows away the studio version. Start with these tracks. They are the keepers. Rock on.

Mick Taylor. The 73 concerts in Europe were where the audience was yelling “Mick” “Mick”, they were yelling for Taylor.....and rightfully soooo! Vive le Mick Taylor!!!

For Die-hard Fans Only. After a string of classic LP's it was inevitable the Stones would drop a clinker, and here it is. If you don't have "Brussels Affair", you'll enjoy hearing the early 70's incarnation of the band.

Underappreciated by many...until now!!!. I really love the period with Mick Taylor. This band was tight and I love the space and sound on this album. One detail that's not mentioned in the official review is, it's got gobs of keyboards! Nicky Hopkins had lots of space to do his thing, and it created a soundscape like no other Stones album. We knew they could rock harder, but it really sounds like an album that captures a time period for them...instead of an album made up of discarded songs from previous sessions. This is a mirror on the "coming down" after tearing things up the previous 3-4 years. But the writing quality really stands out. After this one, it all felt a bit forced, and the guitars were amped up again. Each new album had some great songs...but this was a great "album"! I dare you to lift the needle!!!

VERY BEST EVER!!!. Super sound.... makes me feel super young.... and makes me dance along with Mick!
