Christmas (Baby Please Come Home) Song Lyrics

Christmas (Baby Please Come Home) by Darlene Love Song Lyrics

The snow's coming down
I'm watching it fall
Lots of people around
Baby please come home
The church bells in town

All ringing in song

Full of happy sounds

Baby please come home

They're singing "Deck The Halls"

But it's not like Christmas at all

'Cause I remember when you were here

And all the fun we had last year

Pretty lights on the tree

I'm watching them shine

You should be here with me

Baby please come home

They're singing "Deck The Halls"

But it's not like Christmas at all

'Cause I remember when you were here

And all the fun we had last year

If there was a way

I'd hold back this tear

But it's Christmas day

Please please please please

Baby please come home

Baby please come home

Baby please come home

Baby please come home

Top Ten. This album should be on everyone's top ten list of Best Christmas Albums of All Time. It certainly is on mine. Great interpretations of Christmas classics, and Spector's "Christmas (Baby Please Come Home)," which has become a classic!

Best Christmas album, EVER!. Phil Spector's "Wall of Sound" is evident in every single track on this must have Christmas album. I grew up listening to the vinyl version, on my dad's stereo, and when I heard it on iTunes, it was like going back to my childhood.

"Mommy Kissin' Santa Claus Last Nite!". .."You Can Do The Job When You're In Town!".."The Sleigh Bells Ring!-Are You Listenin'?"-And you can hear every Sleigh Bell Ringing out In Stereo now in Arguably the "Hippest Santa Joint In Town!"-That would be that instantly recognizable "Wall Of Sound" that only that undisputed "Master Of Mono" can serve up; Mister Phil Spector!-Listen in once again to all these Terrific Tunes; All sung by acts Phil Spector created; wrote & produced; And; Might I add; Had "Smash Hits" with on the old AM Radio & Jukeboxes in Bars & Resturants "Back In The Day!"-"Deck The Halls; Baby!"..by Grimmbo.

Best Christmas Album. I Have this album on CD and it is great well worth buying

The best Christmas CD bar none. This album has been around since 1963 and still no-one has made better versions of these carols. Phil Spector is at his best behind the desk, the Wrecking Crew and the assorted vocalists involved have created an album where Christmas music doesn't sound schmaltzy, or overdone, it sounds like real contemporary pop music. This record is an absolute classic and indispensible for the festive season.
