Yes.. I love this album so much. I've listened to it with my mom since it came out, but the CD got lost when we moved last year. Happy to have it back for this holiday season :')
One of the best Christmas CD. Silent Night makes this cd worth every penny. Leroy Jones takes soloing to a whole new level and it's definitely heartfelt. The whole cd is great, but Silent Night…whew!
Great album. Track# 15 : Nothing New for New Year is a kind f sad song. "Mary's little boy child" is the best. Not just a song with Christmas theme but it's about Jesus, the reason we celebrate Christmas.
Great Christmas Album!. The first time I ever heard Harry Connick Jr. was when he performed "Santa Claus is Coming to Town" for NBC's "The Today Show." I immediately bought the album and it continues to be one of my Christmas favorites five years later. I recommend "Santa Claus is Coming to Town," "I'll be Home for Christmas" and "The Happy Elf" if you're looking for just a few songs.
Almost Didn't Find This One. I've had Harry's other Christmas album for years, but only found this one this year. I buy one Christmas album every year (unless there's a new release that I want), and this year it was this one. The thing that sets this collection apart from all others (even his 1993 collection) is the arrangements. There is virtuoso instrumental playing on every track, and the string arrangements are outstanding. The kid will love Frosty the Snowman and Santa Claus is Coming to Town, and the adults will love the Christmas Waltz and Silent Night. I love 'em all! I can't believe I didn't know about this album until now!
