Why can't I purchase this album?. Under the art work it says "Partial Album". What's going on?!?

Where's the treble?. This is the worst "remaster" I've ever heard. The high end is completely absent. If you're old enough to enjoy the Doobies, you're old enough to understand the next reference… This collection sounds like it was copied off of a cassette tape that was recorded without noise reduction, but you flipped the noise reduction switch on anyway. There is absolutely no "brilliance" to any of the percussion instruments, if you can detect them at all! Many of the vocals sound like they were recorded over a telephone line… No high frequencies. Avoid this remaster at all costs, unless of course, you're partly deaf and won't miss the high-end.
