Amazing in all Ways. What can you say, Robert Plant continues to pave new paths.. He is still the golden rock god with his soul based in the blues.. I cannot wait to see him live…

Arbaden - Amazing!. The hammer of the Gods who drove their ships to new lands has now given way to the golden voice who drives our musical tastes to new lands. First there was Kashmir with nothing but an olive vase, and now we have sounds from around the worlds such as, Arbaden which is akin to an espresso shot before you even roll out of bed. Love it, love it, love it! Glad to see Robert has expanded all of our musical tastes to horizons beyond our abilities to comprehend. A true musical genius who could have stopped singing after Stairway to Heaven and would have lived forever as the greatest voice ever - no, he has kept pushing himself and continues to produce nothing but musical gold.

Solid album. A well comprised beautifully thought out and amazingly well preformed album. You cannot wrong with this one.

all this time.... all this time I’ve thought it was page that bewitched me in zeppelin (since i’m a guitarist)…. but man, robert plant can write some songs… this entire album is great… I feel like it’s certainly something special

Best album in years.... In an age where music has hit an all time low and creativity / experimentation is discouraged due to the record labels desires to make more and more money off of one hit wonders. Robert Plant proves that his place in this world was to make music that is equivalent to that of Michelangelo carving masterpieces from marble. This album is the best album released in years and his experimentation of folk crossed with modern electronic music proves that you’re never too old to do anything. Thank you Robert Plant for never selling out!

Whole Lot to Love & hear here….. Robert Plant’s extraordinary and distinctive voice / intimate lyrics, are a key point here. Soft beauty of this album, with its range of musical references & wisdom withall, is deeply human. Encourage new listeners to go deeper into Mr. Plant's long-term repertoire with Led Zepp and after, to watch recent interviews. Note that rock went experimental in the 1960s-70s to good effect & I honor Plant to the stars. Where he already is.

Great Stuff. I have alway enjoyed Robert Plant from his early days till now. When I saw his photo , he looked like some homeless man. I like the idea that he has always explored music from around the world and incorporated into his repertoire.

The Man!. Love the new stuff from the traveler of the universe RP!!! Keep the great music coming! There are always haters out there! I reccomend all of Roberts solo work! This one is gonna be special for sure!

Another masterpiece.. Best since Mighty ReArranger. Apparently Mr. Plant is never going to burn out.

Rainbow the way to go. Rainbow and Pocketful of Golden are worth a download. The rest of the album is over-produced and not that good. It kind of lags in places.

Its time. Time to go back to Led Zeppelin.

He gets better and better.. A great album by a master. Too bad some reviewers here can't get past the Led Zeppelin era...

It’s 2014. Don’t listen to the reviewers stuck in the past, the music is great, the singing is awesome of course. Thank you for continually moving forward Robert.

Album Of The Year !!!. I've been a huge fan, and a disappointed fan of Robert over the years. This album is nothing short of genius! After you listen 3-4 times, game over. You are hooked! A sure Grammy winner!

Never stops. Best album of the year. He never stops. No need for a reunion.

Great!. Don't miss this one. Mellow and smooth. I've loved this man since I was a toddler! This album doesn't disappoint

Thank You. This album is refreshing and one closer to the Strange Sensations sound that I really enjoyed. Really glad to pick this up, will be listening to it for a long time.

Oh Wow.. I don’t rate. I don’t write reviews. And somehow I never found Robert Plant. Time for a musical review. This should be a classic.

Mmmmmm. Absolutely love the sound, awesome melodies and almost african music. Its dope af. Anyone who thinks he sold out to reach a new generation... Omg your probably right. What was popular in the 70's? Hmm. Rock and roll. Whats popular now? Alternative folky popish sound. Supply and demand. You dont sell albums when your stuck in the past. Change is necessary.

My whole life. I have heard this voice my entire life. A true gifted soul. Music the way it was meant to be. Felt.

Horrible. I am a big Robert Plant fan. With or without Zepplin. This is just absolute garbage. I have heard better music in a elevator. So disappointing. I don't know how we can get these positive reviews. Probably Robert Plant's kids posting them. The only thing I can think of.

Redifinement.... You have have to give Robert Plant praise for always redifining himself, but still keeping his musical roots intact. This album really grows on you, give it a second chance if you are skiddish about it at first...

Robert Plant. I just saw Robert Plant live for the first time in Texas and it was a concert like no other. He was a legend in his Led Zeppelin days and is still upholding that status now as a solo artist.

Little Maggie. Thanks for the awesome rendition of Little Maggie. This made my day! Seems like Robert has been hanging around Ashley MacIsaac!

Wonderful!. Robert Plant is a super talent! Love him! Little Maggie...Rainbow...just fabulous! It's "the best" listening and grooving album!

The Song "Does" Remain the Same. Another amazing achievement from the "traveler of both time & space"! Showing once again how Robert has gone from "Golden God of rock" to the new "Eclectic king if indie"! He truly is "The Rover" of diverse musical exploration. A wunderkind who does what he wants when he wants & that's what I love about him! IF a Zep show does happen it will ONLY happen if his heart & soul are into it! He wont do it anyway & we wouldn't want him to! Its not there right now But, you never know? That's the intriguing mystery of Mr Plant!

Robert Plant is a GENIUS. Only thing that could have made this album any better would have been the accompaniment of Allison Krauss. The magic from Raising Sand continues: Jamming guitars, fiery fiddles, intoxicating drums & folky hooks with technological touches. David Byrne meets Radiohead with the smoothest voice in rock.

Excellent. This version of Little Maggie is so moving. The whole Album is sung with such Artistry. What a Musical Talent Robert Plant is... Page should join Plant not the other way around. Create some new music Jimmy!

Not My Cup of Tea. I am not a big Zeppelin fan, and I guess as an extension I am not a big Plant fan. I'm not going to say this was bad, because this is entirely outside my normal musical realm and I don't feel as if I'm qualified to offer an opinion on this album. After listening to the whole album, most of the songs sounded very similar and the album kind of blends together into one extended, mellow track. This would be a great album to just have playing in the background while doing practically anything. But, the uniformity of the tracks is a bit of a turn off for me. Other than "Little Maggie" and "Turn It Up," I can hardly remember the names of the other songs, let alone what they sound like.

Amazing. Robert plants voice is good as ever!!

Def worth a buy. I bought this bec I love Plant and all he has done thru his career!! With that said wasn't sure at first listen but second and third go around def glad I purchased this album another great Plant solo….

Did he just steal an album cover from a metal band?. well, its of mice and men, but you know what i mean

His Best Album in Years!!!. It really has so many colors, light and shade! (probably his words : )

Favorite album. I LOVE this album! Not a bad song on here! Robert Plant outdid himself this time!

No substitute for experience !. All the ages shine through on this album ! Mr Plant tells quite a story in all he does and relays + reveals to us . This album embodies just about a half century of personal experiences and wraps them up nicely in an undeniable impactful and dare I say FINAL musical offering to the masses. The ceaseless roar is quite the compilation , it embodies every aspect of what we have come to know about our beloved Robert, and goes deep into his unshared personal musical versions of a life blessed with rich and passionate interactions , his vision is shared with us on this album and as one listens, cannot help but appreciate the finality of this moment and all that has culminated into what "lullaby ..." Embodies for us . I want to thank you Mr. Plant, for years of enrichment you have lived for us and passed onto us as only you can relay in such a musical lyrical and insightful manner . Fans Anything done from this point onward is mearly and purely for fun and freedom! Buy this album , All has finally been revealed !

Just a really cool listen. I love it. Cool soundscapes and variety. Pretty nifty.

Disappointed. In my opinion… this album isn’t up to what is expected from Robert Plant. Sounds unfocused and all over the place to me. Didn’t enjoy even one tune.

World Beat with so much more. Rhythms that just get under your skin, this disciplined album avoids the trap of over production. I see Robert Plant's project as a study in contrast: calm with an underpinning of creative energy. There is simplicity in song structure, yet relatively complex counter-melodies with the interspersion of counter-intuitive rhythms. This is a rare recording that, in its entirety works as an active "listen" and background music. I love this direction taken by a consummate artist.

Sensational. I didn't think Robert and his band could out do 2005's Mighty ReArranger. But, in my opinion he has taken it to a new level with lot of heart and meaning. It's even better live on stage. I just hope he doesn't make me wait too long for his next project.

Far from over. Brilliant!. I just streamed the whole album on line and wow!!!!! Beautiful music by innovative musicians who are elevating Plant to new uncharted highs. He’s reinventing himself time and time again. "Band of Joy" was child's play compared to this masterpiece. Absolutely inspiring piece of work. A must have.

Wow. The legend lives on. This is absolutely phenomenal.

Too much sound. I first heard Plant at L.A.'s Forum in the 70's. Incredible rock voice. I just wish his voice was not drowned out by all of the instruments. I don't like the way his music is mixed. Too much noise and not enough Plant.

Constant Innovation. Incredible.

Magnificent!. Just keeps taking his music to other levels,

Amazingly Beautiful Music!. I`ve been a die-hard Led Zeppelin fan since the late 70`s and have always felt that Robert Plant has the greatest voice in rock history. This album is not rock-n-roll, it is not Zeppelin but his voice is just as beautiful as it always was. This music is soothing, relaxing, mystical and beautiful. I really appreciate the Scottish/Irish sounds in Poor Howard and the gentleness and beauty in Rainbow. If it does not appeal to you the first time you hear it I recommend you sit in a quiet room and listen to it again with your eyes closed. It is deeply touching. I absolutely love it and I love Robert Plant even more now than I did before I heard this album!!

Excellent. This album is amazing! Even in old age, Plant can still sing! All of the songs in here are magnificent! In other reviews I see people talking about this album compared to Led Zeppelin. This album should be judged on the merits of its content, not Led Zeppelin’s. My favorite track on this album is Little Maggie.

Why is this in the rock section?. He's a folk artist now. Once in a while a blues tune. Obviously you can't expect him to sing like he did years ago but the song writing is slow, boring.

just saying. The album art reminds me of Of Mice & Men's Restoring Force album art...hmm

No Whining...just gratitude. Still innovators 35 years on. Thanks U2. And to those whiners...just turn off your auto download setting or delete from your device. You're not worthy of listening to this music- a gift - anyway !!!

Awesome and chilling beauty!. Just heard the whole thing on NPR First Listen - cannot wait to buy this!

Enchanting!. Turn It Up is my favourite song on the album. Whoever said it was 'mediocre' need their ears checked. The song has that sound from long ago, it echoes through me and brings me back to the days I was little in the 90s and my mother would chuck on a Robert Plant tape and we would just rock out to the songs. I feel nostalgia.

Interesting work.. Robert Plant shows that it is indeed possible to age gracefully. This is quite a good album. One to really get into. However, "Turn it Up' and 'A Stolen Kiss' are medicore. Probably should have been left off the album. The rest is great. 'Embrace Another Fall' is brilliant!

Sumptuous. This album rolls over you like a dream. The music is mesmerising and I love the Celtic sound. Plant knows exactly when to sing and when to let the music speak for itself. Beautiful...

Love it!. Great stuff! Loved rainbows beautiful song and his voice is still so powerful and melodic!

Like a Fine Wine. I've been a Zep/Plant fan since I first heard them way back in the foggy past...... (I'm now 60). All thrill... No fill. This is Robert at his best. With age comes wisdom. I will listen to this until.......................................................?

oh god, just stop. you haven’t been able to sing since 1977. just stop already.
