The Holy Grail of Rock Albums. At last, we can hear this iconic album blasted into our ears directly as we walk down the street, sit on the bus, work out at the gym. We are carrying around with us one of the greatest live albums of all time. I would love to know from someone who was actually there in Glasgow in 1978 if the sound was as clear (Scott's vocals are as crisp as a studio recording and Young's guitar, well it's something else - almost spectral) as it sounds in this album. My eyes fill with tears during the "Angus Angus" intro to Whole Lotta Rosie: one of rock's golden moments. Suffice to say everything on this album is awesome. Get it!

AC/DC. Live and at there best Bon Scott R.I.P missed but never forgotten. By it you won't regret it.

One of the best live albums EVER. This is a fantastic album. Really chuffed ac/dc have finally put their catalogue on iTunes. The album is kind of a live best of the period. It covers the period right up to powerage. It kicks off with riff raff and powers its way through some classic tracks. Awesome album.

AC/DC. The best live album ever, Bon Scott was the ultimate rock vocalist. I feel privileged to have seen this line up in the flesh.

Bon Scott RIP !. This is AC/DC at their very best recorded at the famous Glagow Apollo and I was there that night and the balcony was absolutely bouncing that night awesome time had by all buy this its the closest you will ever get to being there :)

As good as it gets..... AC/DC are a live band. You just have to see them live, there is not a better band. This album captures the pure energy and excitement that their live shows generate. Bon's vocals are outstanding. Whole Lotta Rosie is a true classic.

Glasgow's finest!!. Angus and Malcolm left Glasgow as small boys and they had their relatives in the crowd at the Apollo in Glasgow watching them play the best live album in rock...ever. Bon Scott another Aussie born in Scotland completed the trio of returning emigrants to a great live venue and a fantastic crowd. Goosebunps at the shouts for Angus before Whole Lotta Rosie.
